Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

I walked in and talked to Frank Carnucci and he was the Best! Great person, great deal and great follow-up. Frank and his manager Mike gave me a great trade-in deal too. Waldorf Honda truly exceeded my expectations. From my first encounter with them on the internet with Maria Perez. She was very informative and set me up with the Best Salesman Harold (Hal) Stephen. He went above and beyond to make my experience Top Notch. I would also like to acknowledge Hannah Allard, Kevin Burgwyn and Saeed Satterwhite. When I arrived to have my new seats installed they made sure that I was satisfied by helping with my loaner car and any questions that I had regarding the drop off. Facility is clean and buzzing with activity. The Sales Staff were friendly and efficient; along with a professional Financial Manager that handled all of the necessary paperwork for a Pennsylvania buyer purchasing a vehicle in Virginia. They even provided a full tank of gas for the long trip home.

I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

Mike did a great job of keeping me informed on the process as well as getting the maintenance done quickly.

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.

Steve was an awesome Salesman. He got me in and out in 3 hours,,,,I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted in 3 hours..... I was shocked. If you go to Waldorf Honda see Steve. I will be back to buy another car soon.

We worked with Tony Hamrah when looking for a used minivan. He was very responsive and even brought a car to our home for a test drive. He answered all of our questions immediately via text or phone call and was very helpful.

I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick purchase of a Honda Accord due to having to go to work in just a few hours. Upon parking and exiting my personal vehicle I was professionally and respectfully met by salesman Jose and Kam who is being trained. Jose explained to me in detail and answered all my questions of the Accord I ended up purchasing after a brief test drive. Jose went the distance in helping me get done in a timely manner to get to work on time. For me purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Jose and Kam made me feel right at home. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend Jose and Kam for a right at home no stress purchase.
