Courteous and professional. I was just looking at the inventory, hoping to have a better deal but I guess they were able to convince me because of our salesperson's honest comments and suggestions. We felt comfortable talking to them.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

AutoNation Toyota Libertyville review
Outstanding experience with Pavlo Nazarov at AutoNation Toyota Libertyville! From start to finish, the entire vehicle-buying process was incredibly smooth and seamless. Pavlo was exceptionally kind, direct, and straightforward throughout the whole transaction. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics or dealership games, which made the experience stress-free and transparent. If you are looking for an easy, efficient, and professional car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Pavlo. I will definitely be a return customer!

Jason Glasby from Infiniti Service department goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommended.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Schaumburg ToyotaReviews
Schaumburg Toyota review
I bought a RAV4 a week ago from a Toyota dealer in Schaumburg. During my first, unplanned visit to the showroom nearly two months ago, the first person I met was Mr. Darek Gniadek. I wanted to get an idea of the available options and pricing for a small SUV. Without any fuss—and despite the fact that I hadn't made an appointment—Mr. Darek presented various options and price ranges, and showed me a RAV4 model he happened to have on the lot. I appreciated that he didn't push for a specific model but instead objectively analyzed the pros and cons of different choices with me. A week later, we revisited the matter and—without any pressure from Mr. Darek—I was able to choose the option that suited me best. The agreed-upon price seemed fair to me, and it remained unchanged when I picked up the car. I highly recommend Mr. Darek as an advisor and salesperson.

We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Ritchie Sutton.. 3 years later and still on top of his game. Grade A salesman, thank you for all your hard work and dedication, to my Honda needs!
2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Schaumburg KiaReviews
Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee review
Had the pleasure of working with Emanuel Haro and he was superb. No complaints about the car buying experience, he made it easy and efficient to walk away with a new truck.
2019 Honda Odyssey review
I needed to get a van in order to accommodate a lift for my mobility scooter. I have been very happy with this van in every way. It is comfortable, love the heated seats and the ride is very smooth. The only item I would change would to be to make the arm rest longer. That is honestly the only "complaint" I have! I've had this van since May of 2019. I made frequent 1,000 mile round trip drives to see my very elderly mother and never had a worry about the reliability of my vehicle. Very satisfied!
