Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. Love this reliable vehicle. Comfortable seating even in third row. Handles well. Love the luxury features at reasonable price. Have owned several Honda’s due to their reliability and good resale value.
I want to thank Natasha for all the help she gave me. I LIKE APPLE CAR PLAY, USB PORTS AND PUSH START. VERY STYLISH AND COMPACT AND A LOT LEG ROOM AND I LIKE THE THIRD ROW SEAT.
I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.

I love the ride and comfort. 8 people fit very comfortable. My son has always encouraged us to buy a Honda and we never listened. Glad we decided to take his advice.

Have the top model. Don’t even think of going to a car wash. Transmission (9 speed) waste of money and very jerky Arm rests are the worst I have ever had or used. Navigation will not link up to goggle navigation. Radio over technical.
Without a doubt, our car buying experience at Brookdale Honda was the best we've ever had. I had a Pilot previously and know this will be high quality. I am pleased with this purchase and value. It was a great buy at the end of the year.
I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

The vehicle dashboard is very nice, seat are not very comfortable and road noise was apparent like all Honda vehicles. Arm rest is not robust and feels like it will break soon. Better looking interior than the Toyota Highlander. Dealer tries to add on extras that are not needed.
Sue was so helpful! She got us exactly what we needed without the back and forth. Nice, clean dealership, great customer service. I???m very happy with my purchase and will be going back to sue!
Problem before first oil change

I really liked driving this car and I thought Honda was a quality vehicle, but I bought a 2018 Honda Pilot Elite in July and had a check engine light with an emissions system issue message with it and the remote start stop working in November before the car had 7k miles on it. All the dealers in my area (I called at least 5) were booking a week out for a service appointment. Apparently a non emergency since the engine light is not flashing. Guess that hads something to say for the quality of Honda’s if all the dealers are booked up for service at least a week out. And I have to drop off and leave a car under warrantee that needed service before it’s first oil change. If that’s what I have to look forward to with this car I can’t say I would recommend it.
I have bought several Honda vehicles over the years from a dealership in North Carolina. I moved back to Minnesota and decided to purchase a 2018 Honda CRV EX. Natasha was my sales representative. Out of all my experiences over the years, Natasha was the only one to explain all aspects of the new car I was buying, from basic operations to the complex options in the vehicle. I was vary satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge. Knowing that I can go to her with any question and get it answered is very comforting.

This is a Very nice SUV ad very comfortable and reliable. I will most likely choose another Honda when I get ready to purchase another car.

We have about 4000 miles on our 2018 AWD LX.
We love it. Acceleration ample, steering is light but cornering sucks. Decent mileage. Roomy. Quiet. Smooth. Comfortable.
We regularly use Brookdale Honda for repairs. We had a problem with our hybrid battery. They diagnosed and replaced the battery in a timely way. They recommended some service that we had not had done recently. Their loaner car service was swift and easy to use. We will continue to use them for our service and repair on our two Hondas.
Sue was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated that she was not a high pressure sales person. When I had a question she was quick to respond.
