McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Schaumburg Honda AutomobilesReviews
Schaumburg Honda Automobiles review
My experience at Schaumburg Honda was fantastic! The salesperson, Spencer, was incredibly helpful. I informed her that I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my kids. She provided me with a lot of information and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that I made an informed decision about buying a quality used vehicle. Spencer was transparent and didn’t have any hidden agendas. She also provided upfront pricing, and allowed me to speak with the mechanic. The mechanic thoroughly inspected the car, and I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I appreciated the care and concern Spencer showed for my family and would definitely recommend Schaumburg Honda to anyone looking for a reliable new or used vehicle.

AutoSavvy Fort Worth review
I drove off in my 2023 Kia Telluride from the Fort Worth dealership feeling genuinely happy with the whole experience. Breanna and Amelia were great at listening, setting up a relaxed test drive, and guiding my husband and myself through financing without any pressure. Amelia went above and beyond helping me find the right vehicle for us. The SUV was spotless at pickup and the team kept me updated, so I'd definitely recommend them if you're shopping for a Telluride.

Having always hated the car buying experience, I so dreaded having to replace my vehicle of 10 years. However, Jose Barina is just a great Salesperson. Honest and explains it so easily. As well, he worked out a very fair deal. I am most impressed as he is like what sales people were like when I was young.... over 50 years ago+++ (I am in no way related or knew of him until this past week. Thank you Jose and give him a chance. I think you will also be impressed.

I just bought a 2022 Mustang GT premium convertible, Atlas blue outstanding car outstanding dealer
2023 Honda Ridgeline review
Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Venessa Pain and Jim Click Nissan are the epitome of amazing customer service. Before we even arrived on the lot, Veneesa on the job, timely responding to our inquiries and offering assistance. Once we did arrive, her knowledge and professionalism were on full display. Although we initially were in the market for a used car, we ended up buying new. Venessa and her team made that possible! We are so thankful that we found Venessa and Jim Click Nissan! We highly recommend them.

We have worked with Jay Kraus in the past. Jay is professional, smart, can answer any question, patient, works within any budget. He will breakdown all the confusing stuff and explain it like a really good teacher would. Jay just knows the ins and outs of every vehicle and the whole process and is looking to put together a win win for his customers. Just don't try and return the test drive to Mercedes. It's easier to do than you think.

What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
Went to Groove Toyota to just look at new hybrid Toyota SUVs and met Mike Goodoe. Mike listened to the need/preference and offered some model options. Joe Swonger stepped in seamlessly and we took a demo drive with a used, low mileage Rav 4. Joe explained unique features of the Rav4 and provided a comparison to the new Highlanders (my original thought for a new vehicle). I was convinced that the used Rav4 would be the best option! Joe walked me through all the final steps and closed the sale. He and Mike also delivered the car to our home. Joe and Mike were both very easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up to make sure this was the right deal. Thank you, Groove Toyota for the great customer service, value, and product.

Larry H. Miller Honda BoiseReviews
Larry H. Miller Honda Boise review
I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V to Larry H Miller for an oil change, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve owned this car for seven years with no major issues, and I recently passed it down to my high-school-aged daughter, so safety and proper care are very important to me. Zackary D was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. While waiting, my phone battery was dead and I almost missed an important business call—he went out of his way to find me a charging cable so I could keep working comfortably. What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. This was real, thoughtful customer service, not just routine service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Conestoga Motors review
Mel was my salesmen. He was responsive when I called. Allowed me to test drive the car and other's on the lot without hassle. Price was good, had the car fax, car was detailed, warranty was additional but needed, he washed the dust off the car at my request, stayed past quitting time so I could get the deal done the same day. I traveled 1.5hrs and we prayed out. I thank God for the encounter!
2023 Honda Ridgeline review
Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

AutoSavvy GilbertReviews
AutoSavvy Gilbert review
Being my first time buying a car I was absolutely terrified, but my experience at Autosavvy was surprisingly stress-free. Elijah was fantastic over the phone, answering all my questions promptly and making sure I had everything I needed before I even stepped onto the lot. When I arrived, the car I was looking for was sadly sold. But Austin jumped in to help me find another car that was even better than the one I originally saw, the whole team from the sales people to the financing people made the transition to my new vehicle super simple and fast. I wasn't even expecting to drive off with the car that day till they pulled it around and handed me the keys. It is rare to find a dealership that values transparency and customer service this much. Especially after hearing all the horror stories that my family would tell me about them buying cars. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hassle-free deal.

I found my new ( used) vehicle online. Made an appointment for test drive. No pressure. The purchasing experience was easy and they worked with me to get as close as possible to my desired payment. Marc was one of the people I worked with. I recommend checking them out.
