He left us making our decision to purchase this vehicle. Erik made buying this vehicle quick and smooth. We will be back and send friends and family. The after the sale follow up has been great.

CarMax MechanicsburgReviews
CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer service here is truly making me reconsider keeping the SUV. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light and several other issues. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Service Manager, Michael, and my advisor, Ashley. They went above and beyond by ensuring the repairs were covered under warranty and pushing to get the work completed on time. Ashley kept me updated throughout the day, even sharing a video from the technician, Josh, who clearly explained the diagnosis and repair plan. This experience clearly highlights the excellent service culture Michael has established. Please pass along my gratitude to the team for a job well done.

I would highly recommend this dealer. I worked with Marc Anthony in sales. He was so patient with me looking at multiple cars and was very transparent about if he felt a better deal could be found for my trade in. He made sure my car was shiny and ready to go offering services such as printing the carfax, and putting some additional gas in it before I even asked. I would definitely work with him again next time I am searching for a used car.

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
From initial contacts to a ‘hit’ on a choice ‘21 Forester Sport to our purchase of same, our dealings with Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg have been nothing short of fantastic! Their entire team, from Receptionist to Sales (Danielle Rhodes was GREAT!), to Finance to Management - all were accommodating, respectful, and very informative. We never felt ‘pushed’. Having purchased 15 cars over 53 years, and me having worked for a while in automotive sales, we know a bit about car dealerships good and bad. This was our best car buying experience ever! Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg offers great cars, competitively priced, that are backed by a team of professionals that are pleasant to do business with! We highly recommend Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg for your next automotive purchase! Ask for Danielle - you’ll be in good hands!

Auto Connection of LancasterReviews
Auto Connection of Lancaster review
I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. Through an acquaintance, I was hooked up with Jeremy Horst who helped me trick out my new Jeep. I started with a base model 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara JL—I was able to pick out my wheels and then Jeremy guided me with what lift and tires I should add. The entire process was seamless and was actually fun and exciting! Jeremy delivered on his word—a gorgeous Jeep! Thank you Jeremy for all your help and guidance. I would recommend Jeremy and Auto Connection if you are looking for a sweet ride!

CarMax LanghorneReviews
CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
