Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. I traded my 2016 Pilot for the 2025 Honda Prologue AWD Touring and have enjoyed the drive and performance even on 2,500 mile road trip to Colorado. It is comfortable, roomy, with many safety features, good range, smooth ride and performance, good acceleration, great infotainment and radio, it is quiet on the road and fun to drive. I charge at home but use the Tesla superchargers with ease and speed on the road. The Prologue makes driving easy and fun, and is a perfect transition from gas car! No more oil changes and gas stations!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!
