I was searching for a “new” used car, and a coworker suggested Malloy out of Woodbridge. I live in North Carolina so immediately I was discouraged. Nevertheless, I gave them a call and I was happy to work with Kia who assured me that she would get me financed regardless of my credit. Not only did she make good on her word, she even offered to deliver the car to me personally so that I didn’t have to go all the way to Woodbridge! She had the paperwork in hand when she showed up and I drove my car back home, never having to leave the state of North Carolina! My son will be graduating soon and needs a car for college, so I WILL be returning!
My fiancee had wrecked his truck so we were looking for a new one and then he saw a beautiful red F150 that he liked on their lot. We had amazing service for the most part except for the one financer who made some very rude comments toward my fiancee about his weight, which we felt was very unprofessional. But we had an amazing team with everyone else we dealt with the General Manager and our Salesman were on top of helping us accomplish getting our truck. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The staff was very courteous and eager to assist. My salesman Calvin Baker was amazing and knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at. He was very inviting and eager to assist. The Finance team was great in helping me find the best deal for me and made the buying process so smoothly. The Customer Service Manager, Kia was so helpful and informative and her willingness to answer my questions was greatly appreciated. Rusty (GM) was the absolute best!!!! He made sure I was in and out without incident. I will definitely refer all my family and friends and will also do business here again for myself.
My husband and I bought a Hyundai today and the staff was great! Norman helped us out and we appreciate that he was not trying to sell us the world but instead worked with our budget and did what he could to get us what we needed. We even had the GM Rusty help us out and answer all of our last minute questions! This dealership is really dedicated to providing a good experience.
Everyone there was so helpful. Everything was super easy, agreed on a price in about 10 minutes. Reggie B was a great salesman and even gave me his cell number if I ever had any questions or concerns with the car. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership if you are purchasing a car. I drove 45 minutes but it was totally worth it!

Very accommodating, discussed the particulars over the phone, no funny business just to get through the door. The staff honored the agreements and discussions, BTW I am not the easiest person to deal with, but Malloy won my business with their integrity and flexibility to accommodate my needs and time frame.

Brought in an internet ad with expectation that this was the price I would be offered. Was dismayed that their initial offer was $6000 more than the internet ad. They finally honored the cost in the ad - seems to be at times combinations of rebates to get the ad. Stay on your price or walk. I was ready to do so until the manager honored the price.
This was my third dealership I was visiting to buy my new Hyundai. Other dealerships (especially their GMs) were arrogant and somewhat disrespectful in negotiating the price. However, Mudaser (sales advisor) was very honest and friendly out of all my car purchasing experience in my last 10 years.
We were greeted by Mudaser Jaura. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really made the entire experience terrific. The General Manager and the finance manager were also great to work with. We purchased the perfect car and will happily make the 2 hour drive for future purchases.
They responded to my emails, set up an appointment and was straight forward. Something about my experience that stuck out was that Matt listened to me. I had done research and asked him for what I wanted. He told me what he could do. I did do some research up front, but Matt worked with the manager to accommodate me and make sure we ended up with a deal. It was my first buying experience and really enjoyed Chantilly Hyundai.
Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.
