Ful-Line AutoReviews
Ful-Line Auto review
Several months ago I started the search for my next car. After doing my homework I decided on a 2008 - 2012 Honda Accord with a 2.4 L engine. After visiting dealerships in the Springfield area as well those along RT 5 in CT I found Ful Line’s website. I was impressed that there were 4 Honda Accords available for sale with one more coming in. Mariah was very professional and helpful with answering my questions, making the Car Fax reports available and getting cars ready for test drives. I was given plenty of time to check over the cars, take test drives and think things over before deciding on which car to go with. I was also able have a pre buy inspection done by a local mechanic. I decided on a 2012 Accord LX-P that looked and drove like new and was within my budget. In addition Dave has been extremely helpful with after sale service. Buying a car from Ful Line has been a very positive experience. I would definitely buy another car from Ful Line and would recommend them to family and friends.

2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

Key Hyundai of Manchester review
We had been researching and reviewing cars for a while. When we walked into Key Hyundai of Manchester, took a Tuscon 2023 for a test drive, well, that was the end of our search. Not only was the car the one we fell in love with; Brianna was a great representative for the dealership. She was patient with answering our many questions and quite efficient in processing the paperwork. She helped us from the moment we walked in the door until we were happily driving off in our new Tucson, ensuring us she'd be happy to continue answering any questions that may come up! Thank you, Brianna!

Gengras FordReviews
Gengras Ford review
I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.
2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Vachon Buick GMCReviews
Vachon Buick GMC review
I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Bobby Clark and Scott Graves. I have interfaced with many customer service representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetime. Without a doubt, these two individuals have been the best I have dealt with hands down. From my first dealings with them, they were extremely professional and responded to my concerns regarding my 2015 GMC Sierra. They both worked well with me and were very attentive. Every item that was discussed was quickly and easily corrected. Everything they did was honest, straight forward and they delivered on my expectations. I sincerely hope Saybrook Buick GMC continues to hire people of this caliber to represent the excellence of this company. You have just earned a repeat customer who has not purchased a GM product since the 80s due to poor customer service. I will also be recommending your company to all interested persons in need of a new vehicle and or service to currently owned vehicles keep up the good work.

J & M Automotive review
Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Balise Toyota review
I had an excellent experience at Balise Toyota throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend purchasing a car here. Nick was great from the beginning. We stopped in to test drive the Rav 4 and within 15 minutes we were out on the road! Nick was fantastic start to finish in helping us acquire the proper insurance and banking documents that we needed to purchase the car. He was there at the end to congratulate us and send us on our way. 5 stars! The pick up process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. I love that if I have any future questions about the car or the technology that I can check in without feeling like I am bothering someone. Good vibes!! 5 stars! I love the new car. My first ever new car purchase at age 53 and am super psyched to have joined the Balise Toyota family!! Thank you for your commitment to good service, it shines through in your employees! Dawn Premo

Josh in sales did a great job with follow up and found the car I wanted at a price I wanted. Mike in finance found me a bank with a good interest rate, which is hard to do these days. Gave me what I wanted for my trade and made the whole buying experience enjoyable.
2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I recently upgraded from my 2010 elantra to a black 2023 elantra sel convince. This is a great car EXCEPT for the paint. the paint on this vehicle was not polished properly in certain spots and after only 3 weeks damage to the clear coat and chips have already occurred! Keep in mind i drive this car the same way i have driven previous cars and never before have i seen so much damage to the paint accumulate in the span of less than a month after purchasing. Great safety features and just enough power- just a crappy paint job. If you are going to purchase this car, silver, gray or white would probably be your best bet.

Torrington HyundaiReviews
Torrington Hyundai review
By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Highly recommend Hyundai of Torrington. Mike H. was very straight forward and honest throughout the entire process. After visiting multiple Hyundai dealerships we definitely found the best in CT from beginning to end. Thank you Hyundai Torrington!

Shaker's Family HyundaiReviews
Shaker's Family Hyundai review
Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.
