Bob Bell Nissan Kia review
Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!

Group 1 Toyota BowieReviews
Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
I find it difficult to work with car sales people because generally they do not listen. It has been my experience that they tend to be pushy and condescending. This was not the case here. I had an amazing experience with sales professional Ramon Thompson. I originally visited to test drive a pre-owned Toyota Avalon (IMHO it should be sent to auction). My goal was to find a comfortable pre-owned luxury sedan at a good price. After listening to me, Ramon suggested I check out pre-owned Camry and Lexus sedans. I tried several with various levels of trim and liked a specific Lexus. Understand that I have been a loyal VW owner since my very first '71 Super Beetle. I drive VWs because they're fun. I always felt Toyota was boring. However, a GR Corolla Premium Plus caught my eye. That car spoke to me, fun like a VW but reliable like a Toyota. I did the research and sent Ramon a message and started the buying process for the GR. Ramon worked diligently to negotiate a price and also gave me the opportunity to reconsider the Lexus. I appreciated his patience throughout the entire process. His manner was respectful and never once did he act in the condescending manner I have encountered with so many other salespeople. I will be referring my friends to him because they will also appreciate him. Chuck in Finance closed out the deal. He, was respectful and initially talked a little fast. Once I mentioned this, he slowed down and was very good with answering my questions (and I had a lot!). If I were to make another purchase, I'd ask specifically for him to finalize the financial portion. The sales manager involved in the transaction, Lani, worked with Ramon to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you, Lani. Note management: It would be great if the salespeople had cubicles with walls high enough to ensure privacy.

Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

Heritage Hyundai TowsonReviews
Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Had a great experience at Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Ayala was a great salesperson, she had multiple vehicles that I expressed interest in ready for a test drive as soon as I came in and even patiently defended my options from other interested buyers while I made my decision. The whole team: Ayala, Noah, and Christian, made the entire car buying process seamless and as stress-free as possible. A good, low-pressure, quick but not aggressively rushed experience.

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Heritage Hyundai of Towson provided amazing assistance in helping us by our new vehicle. We worked directly with Ayala to review inventory, pricing and schedule a test drive. We were drawn in because they were so easy to work with and motivated to help us. After the test drive, it was a seamless transition to financing and then out to our new, detailed truck! A big shout out also to Davon for helping us get this process started! Everyone - everyone - worked as a team at this dealership and that makes everything go smoother (and fast)! We will look to Heritage Hyundai when we replace our second vehicle because of this attention to detail and care. Thanks again to the entire staff for making it such a great experience!

Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.

Trang was an amazing sales associate to work with! She listened to what I wanted in a car and didn’t try to upsell me the process was easy and seamless and Trang went above and beyond to help me and was there to answer all of my questions and even followed up with me after my purchase!! Trang is fantastic and would highly recommend her for your next car buying needs as well as this dealership as the management were great as well!

Fitzgerald Gaithersburg HyundaiReviews
Fitzgerald Gaithersburg Hyundai review
I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and working with Andrew Murray at Fitzgerald Hyundai has genuinely set a new standard for me. Car buying is typically a drawn-out process that leaves me feeling frustrated and disrespected due to wasted time. This time, I shared my concerns with Andrew, and he listened attentively, then exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We were in and out within about 2 ½ hours, and Andrew treated my family and me with a great deal of respect, showing remarkable knowledge and courtesy at every step. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and it was the smoothest and most respectful experience I’ve had buying a car. Andrew Murray is a true asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a typically dreaded task into a genuinely positive experience! Sincerely, Omar
