The whole experience with #1 Cochran Hyundai was extremely positive. Gabe McNeal was helpful and professional from the moment my family and I walked through the door. He was happy to answer any questions and make any accommodations needed, even outside of working hours. He did an excellent job matching what I needed and wanted with what was available. He is a great asset for the dealership to have, and I will certainly be back to purchase my next car with him. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. The detailing crew did a great job getting it ready. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish.
My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.

From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. I have been dealing with #1 Cochran Hyundai of South Hills for the past 13 years since I bought my 2005 Elantra. The car was the best I had ever owned for reliability and minimal maintenance. The service department - Mark, Scott and Jordan - always did a great job identifying problems and keeping the car on the road. This past week the car developed problems which no longer made it cost efficient. Not only was $2300 an unexpected expense for a 2005 vehicle but also purchasing another vehicle was not part of the budget plan.
Your team turned a potentially stressful and overwhelming problem into a very positive experience. Gabe, my sales person, was outstanding. What immediately impressed me was the personal interest he took in my situation. He spent the time explaining the options and prices for leasing vs. buying and worked diligently to find a car that best fit my needs and circumstances. Eronn, the manager, made any necessary concessions and adjustments to finalize the deal for me. And Josh brought it altogether painlessly on the financial end.

No issues scheduling or with my service. I like how they give you a full vehicle report and make reasonable recommendations. The only issue is the limited parking situation but I guess it is the city. A bigger parking lot would be ideal.
Jake is the guy you want to talk to. He's an honest family man who didn't push a sale but helped me make a good decision, and I honestly got the most honest info on a car I have ever gotten. Ended up buying a newish hybrid with super low miles for under 7K. Josh genuinely listened to concerns and actually helped me make financially sound decisions on warranties and financing. These guys are some of the best there are in the auto business. If you find a good deal online, there's no better place to make a purchase. International Motor Cars of Pittsburgh would be my ultra-close 2nd pick.

I had an esoteric problem with my radio. I called and was connected to a very nice lady named Emily. Because the radio is part of the complicated electronic system that involves the phone we traded calls. But she was very responsive and told me how to correct the problem.
We take our van there after many years of us going to our dealership we realized that car sense is a reliable and trustworthy company who are honest and have fair prices. We highly recommend this dealership.
