I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.
I really enjoyed my experience buying my Jeep renegade from NY Off Lease. I found exactly the kind of car that I wanted and for a reasonable price. The staff was amazingly accommodating and wonderful to work with. Kim and John are the best. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience.

This car turns heads and my guest passengers are always commenting on how roomy and well appointed it is. The Elantra Sport is a stylish sedan that also gets up and goes!
Very friendly when searching inventories and showed mind to help to find good car. After few negotiations, reached good deal. All processes were fast and accurate. Recommend to talk to John when visit this dealer.

If you are looking for a car for your everyday need choose hyundai elantras. Depending on your distance of computing your tank can last you 5 days. My own is approximately 2.5 years old and the only issue I had was the battery because the one i bought the car with the original battery it came with when it was purchased brand new. I think having a battery that last you in this car about 3 years is worth having. Overall very good quality car!
My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.

The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!

For the price , and warranty that it came with you can’t beat this car and the MPG that it offers. Very reliable and comfortable to drive.
I have had many vehicles in my lifetime with that being said, I can honestly tell you I have seen them all the scammers the xxxxxxxx the bait and switch adding fee's to your loan after you signed a contract. Well this place Certified Headquarters I have to say is the best I have ever been to. I called them asked them about a vehicle no games or tactics were played. I drove about 1 hour out of my way by passing all these other morons that I know will rip me off. I have to say I am glad I did we were met wit professionals from the sales floor all the way to the finance department. I dealt with Steve, and Jay. Very down to earth people the entire staff made us a family of 5 welcome and felt at home. We were in/out in under 1 hour and drove home that day with a great vehicle. It's been about 6 months now and they still call my home to ask how everything is going. They also remind me if I have any problems just call they will work with me. purchased 0n 5/26/2018 and love how we were treated every dealer and car sales company should work this way. No pressure just honest good people thank you all at Certified we are updating a review to show how thankful we are happy holidays. This car met all my needs. It was the first used car I've ever purchased. The two men that work there were kind from the start. They didn't rush me and I got a very good deal. I saw the car online and they sold it to me for the online price without a problem. They were even willing to negotiate with me and I got a reasonable amount of money taken off. They also answered all of my questions without hesitation. Haven't had any issues since I got it. If need be, I would buy another car from them in the coming future. Buy your next car from them, you won't regret it!!!

So I recently traded in my car for a Hyundai Elantra, this wasn’t my first or last choice when it came to choosing a new car but can I say I’m pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase. Absolutely no regrets. Everything about this car makes me want to recommend Hyundai going forward.
Thanks to Mille and the wonderful staff at Hertz I am now driving in my 2016 Kia Rio and couldnt be happier! No pressuring sales people. Very easy to talk to, and they are very caring and quick to accomodate to your needs. Will deff go back in the future!

Being retired, this car currently meets all my wife and my needs. The economy is nearly always 30 + MPG Firm ride, front PAX seat needs improvement, not comfortable very long for my wife. At 12,000 Mi has been completely trouble free
Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!

I owned a 2013 Elantra I bought it brand new with 21,000 miles on it. The car got good gas mileage, it had all the bells and whistles, the back up camera was in a odd place where the cigarette lighter should go. It ran ok until my 5 years of having the car ..When it got cold I noticed a tapping noise I took it to the Hyundai repair shop I was very shocked to her that my engine was gone . When it gets cold metal fragments chips into the motor causing the motor to go out I informed them this should be a recall failure they stated no Patterson of Tyler was rude they was not helpful saying I should of had a extended warranty No you I felt they should fix the car mistakes nethless to say the argument with Patterson of Tyler did not end well..I ended up selling the car due to defective motor..Beware don't buy this car without a warranty or extended warranty
I needed my first oil change. I had a 9:00 and got early. They took my car at 8:15. The order was written up by 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:05. I didn't even have time to finish a cup of coffee in the waiting room.

Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.

It’s sporty looking Runs great, I wish it would have had the reverse camera for parking and navigation system and tire rims instead of hubcaps.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! This is the car of my dreams! It's the perfect size; not too small like the Accent, not too big like the Sonata, so it's a breeze for parallel parking. The trunk is surprisingly large- which is much needed for transporting instruments/equipment as well as everyday needs. I wasn't a fan of the backup camera at first, but now it's become a necessity and definitely taken strain off of my neck. The steering wheel radio controls and hands-free calling have also become a necessity, and I'm sure they've prevented many accidents so far.
