AutoNation Toyota LeesburgReviews
AutoNation Toyota Leesburg review
I received quotes from Carvana and Carmax and had settled on selling my car privately until I received a quote from AutoNation Toyota in Leesburg, Va. The quote was like the others, but I decided to reply with a different quote expectation. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from Alan Ribner, acquisition specialist. He stated that if my car was as I described, AutoNation would be able to meet my price. The dealership is an hour from my house and I made arrangements to drive there the next day. Alan said a driver would bring me home. I arrived and met Alan. I have never experienced such customer service from a dealership. He was extremely professional and forthcoming on the process. I was on my way home in no time and very pleased. I have bragged about AutoNation; but particularly, Alan to my friends and colleagues.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

2019 Hyundai KONA review
Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

Thanks to Naseer and the Safford Brown team for taking the time to make sure my family got a great car and a great deal. They all went above and beyond what any average car dealer would do to ensure our complete satisfaction. Being treated like a person and not just a business transaction makes all the difference. I have already suggested Naseer and Safford Brown to many friends and will always look there first for my cars from now on!

Koons of Tysons Chevrolet GMC review
Worked with Tyler Homren and his financial support team. From someone who has purchased their fair share of new vehicles, Working with Tyler and his Team was the most fun my wife and I have ever had purchasing a new car. Have already recommended to a number of people to specifically ask for Tyler and his team. For the record, I do not do reviews, but this experience with him was excellent.

MemberCarReviews
MemberCar review
We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely make the trip again for another vehicle.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Safford Mazda Chantilly review
The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making. This proud Mazda owner is very satisfied with our purchase, car performance and the staff at Safford-Brown Mazda!!! 5 stars!!!

Fitzgerald Gaithersburg HyundaiReviews
Fitzgerald Gaithersburg Hyundai review
I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and working with Andrew Murray at Fitzgerald Hyundai has genuinely set a new standard for me. Car buying is typically a drawn-out process that leaves me feeling frustrated and disrespected due to wasted time. This time, I shared my concerns with Andrew, and he listened attentively, then exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We were in and out within about 2 ½ hours, and Andrew treated my family and me with a great deal of respect, showing remarkable knowledge and courtesy at every step. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and it was the smoothest and most respectful experience I’ve had buying a car. Andrew Murray is a true asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a typically dreaded task into a genuinely positive experience! Sincerely, Omar

The car is so much fun to drive and it’s loaded with technology! The hands free mode is incredible and the bluish green color is eye catching.

Smooth ride. Love this car. Got the neon yellow. Stands out and it's different than just the plain colors. My kids loved to color too.
