Willowbrook Ford Kia review
We had a great experience. My wife and I went in to check a tahoe that we have look up at car guru. When I walked in into the dealership, Dave Wishart welcomed me and ask me how can he helped me. I told him I came to see a tahoe I had seen at a website and Dave immediately was able to help me and pull the tahoe around so that my wife and I could see it and test drive it. We approved of the tahoe and Dave got to work and made it possible for us to be able to drive home with a new vehicle. Thanks Dave.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Countryside Nissan review
We had a fantastic experience working with Lance at Countryside Nissan! He was honest, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate us—especially since we were driving in from 3 hours away. The SUV was exactly as described, runs like a dream, and was priced very fairly. Everyone at the dealership treated us with kindness and respect, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and will 100% shop at Countryside Nissan again. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

D'Arcy Hyundai review
Recently purchased a car from D’ARCY Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt no pressure throughout the purchase. The car I got is exactly what was we are looking for, and the pricing was transparent and fair. Big thanks to Mike Campobasso, jimmy Kociuba, Matt Sonneman and finally to the best sales man we ever met Phil Gomez, he was extremely honest and went above and beyond to help my son find the perfect car for him! All of them made this a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car! Thank you God bless Samuel Adam

Made an appointment and the service technician was there waiting for me. Accurately wrote out what needed to be done along with the estimated charges. During the service inspection several other items required attention and were covered under warranty. Text messages kept me informed of progress. Very impressed with the quality of the service inspection and follow up. Never before has dealership acted so professionally and competently for me.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

Ford of HomewoodReviews
Ford of Homewood review
I recently purchased my Chevrolet Blazer EV RS from Ford of Homewood and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting several dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles that same day, Ford of Homewood stood out by far because of their outstanding customer service and positive energy. The team worked hard to make sure I received the best deal possible while also making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me during such an important decision. I would absolutely recommend Ford of Homewood to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Thanks, Tanika Lee

Castle Hyundai Oak lawnReviews
Castle Hyundai Oak lawn review
I just purchased a car from Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the team showed true professionalism, care, and integrity—qualities that can be hard to come by in the car-buying world. Now I truly understand what they mean when they say “Drive Happy!” Jim (Sales Manager), Nick (Sales Consultant), Brennan (Internet Representative), and John (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. They were transparent, never pushy, and always willing to answer my (many!) questions with patience and honesty. It was clear that they genuinely cared—about the car, the deal, and most importantly, about me as a customer. They didn’t just meet expectations - they exceeded them. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. These are good people who take pride in doing right by others. Thank you to everyone at Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn—you didn’t just help me get a great car, you made the whole experience one to remember. You went the extra mile (pun absolutely intended) and because of you, I now Drive Happy!

Subaru Evergreen ParkReviews
Subaru Evergreen Park review
I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Evergreen Park Subaru in Chicago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I drove over 400 miles to buy from them — not just because they offered one of the best prices in the entire country, but because of the honest, direct, and courteous communication I received from Justin and his manager, Mike. From start to finish, the process was smooth and transparent. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no pressure — just straightforward, respectful service. Justin was efficient, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. Mike was equally professional and accommodating. Car buying is rarely enjoyable, but this was a refreshingly positive experience. I highly recommend Evergreen Park Subaru — especially Justin and Mike — to anyone in the market for a new Subaru.
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I love the vehicle and the smoothness when i drive it. Alerts me of cars when backing and tells me if another vehicle is driving away if there is one in front. There is a lot of space and great for my 2 kids.

Genesis of Downers GroveReviews
Genesis of Downers Grove review
I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy)Reviews
CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

This is our second time purchasing from St.Charles toyota. Robert Pearson made us feel so comfortable the first time around that we were not going to trust anyone else for our second purchase. He was open to hearing our needs and went above and beyond to get us just what we wanted. The finance manager Efren Martinez, was excellent as well. It was a simple, pleasant and exciting experience all around.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Unlimited Motors Fishers review
I worked with Tim Smith at Unlimited Motors to purchase my Toyota 4Runner. He was extremely helpful, very courteous made me feel that he truly cared about getting me the right deal for the SUV I wanted. He made the process very simple and very relaxed - I have been to other dealerships and worked with pushy salesman, and Tim was opposite of that! I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Tim!
