AutoNation Subaru West review
AutoNation Subaru West had the car that I wanted. I received a phone call when it arrived and scheduled an appointment to come in and take a look. Kevin was responsive to everything we wanted and made the purchase go smoothly. I like the idea that once you walk out the door, you’re not forgotten!

The whole process was very efficient, from arriving to driving away. I was greeted by really friendly staff, and there was no pushy sales pressure at all. Everyone was helpful, respectful, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable.
2012 Hyundai SONATA review
the 2012 Hyundai Sonata is a smooth comfortable car with a potential flaw that Hyundai has, in my opinion, addressed adequately. First the Pros: It is stylish in both the interior as well as exterior design. It is comfortable, even for me at 6'3" and is not tiring for extended periods on the highway. The fuel economy is good averaging for me about 32 MPG with mostly highway driving. The engine has reasonable power when needed and is generally smooth. The cons are that the 4-cylinder Theta-II engine that the Sonata Uses, (as well as the Santa Fe and Kia Optima and Sorento) has a known flaw that causes the #4 cylinder connecting rod bearing to wear out prematurely causing engine failure. Hyundai has recently extended the Engine Warranty to a lifetime warranty on these engines and that includes if you bought the car used. I think this is a reasonable response. My Sonata suffered this exact failure 5 months ago at 164,000 miles and the engine was replaced with no pushback. The car carried an original 100K mile warranty which is still considered industry leading so, legally, any car over 100K miles Hyundai and Kia could have stuck to their original warranty agreement and taken no action. But that is not what they are doing. One of the reasons I gave Korean cars a try several years ago was the lack of response I got on a Japanese brand known for their high quality that also had a known failure point but took no action after the warranty expired. Because of Hyundai's ultimate response I still highly recommend the car. if you have a higher mileage Sonata, my advice would be sure you have some sort of roadside assistance, so in case you experience this same failure, you will not be left stranded. The good news is that in the rare instance you experience this issue, you should receive a new engine.

McDonald Mazda North review
After reading all the good reviews of Courtesy, decided to buy a CX-9 here. The staff was friendly, well-versed on the features of the car, and arranged two test drives without any hassle at all. The obvious honesty in everything they did stood out, including Dave, Amy and the sales manager (Brian?). It was a pleasant experience. The buying process was relatively fast and painless. I also talked to several customers who were waiting for their cars in the service area, and they had nothing but good things to say too.

After my previous car was totaled in a accident, I found Harris Auto Select through an online search with Cas.com - and I am SO glad that I did. This dealership treated me very well and both Joe and Mark were AMAZING with their customer service! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in VA. They have a great selection of available cars that are all kept incredibly well and I just love my new car from them. Excellent value, excellent customer service, and excellent cars!

If there was a way to give them 10+stars I would!!!! I recommend you go here because you will find that they are honest, reliable, and trustworthy people. They are all about making you happy and safe at the same time. I can not stress enough how awsome my experience was. They did not ask me to write this review I couldn't wait to write it because I am so happy with their service. The husband and wife go out of their way to make sure your car is safe and working at 100,% before you leave and they stand behind their cars and their work. My car is awsome and I love it. Everywhere people tell me what an awsome deal i got, so thank you M cars, you're the best!!!! I will be sending all my friends to you. I love my Camero!!!!

2012 Hyundai SONATA review
I've driven it for 90,000 miles. It's a FUN car to drive and other than routine maintenance (oil, brakes, etc) it has been VERY economical to maintain. Doesn't eat tires or brakes, other than a manufacturer replacement of the engine, nothing significant has broken. It's been a VERY reliable, comfortable car!

Granite Subaru review
Granite Subaru stands out in my already excellent experience with Subaru dealerships. Their entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This particular location has deep knowledge of my particular vehicle which is the rarer STI WRX variant. They have offered me the opportunity to trust in a dealership 100% and have never let me down which as a Subaru owner has been invaluable in my reliance on the brand. Could not possibly recommend you shop / seek service at this location more.

MemberCar review
I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.
