Russ Darrow Nissan of West Bend review
So the car had cosmetic damage and they tried to sell it as is as I was like no I’m not buying it like that so they “fixed” it super fast but not really and I said no I’m not buying it like that so they fixed it for real and then I bought it. So props to them for fixing it appropriately but it just took hours to do it the way it should but shame on them for trying to get me to buy it as is. They were nice the whole time though. Easy to work with.

Audi PlanoReviews
Audi Plano review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Audi Plano! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely exceptional. The level of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care that goes into making the car-buying experience seamless is truly impressive. What can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process was instead exciting, effortless, and enjoyable. It’s clear that Audi Plano takes pride in creating an experience that goes beyond simply selling vehicles. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, provides exceptional service, and makes the car-buying process a pleasure, I highly recommend Audi Plano! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2023 Hyundai SONATA review
I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Buying my Ford from Adrian was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about every trim option I asked about and guided me toward the perfect fit without being pushy. The entire process felt transparent and honest, which made me feel confident in my decision. I drove off the lot feeling excited and completely satisfied in my new Ford Bronco.

Atlantic Coast Acura review
I am pleased to share my experience with you regarding my recent car lease. From my initial email inquiry, to the moment I stepped into the dealership, and eventually to the final handshake, I can confidently say that it was a thoroughly positive experience. Nash was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my preferences and budget constraints before guiding me towards suitable options. His honest approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. He went above and beyond after the lease was completed to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my car leasing experience. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their professionalism and transparency, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to share my feedback.

Clay Cooley Nissan review
Buying a car from Clay Cooley was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Communication was easy, and they made sure everything was ready for a smooth, quick sale. Super friendly and honest. I would definitely buy from Hector and Trevor again or recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a car!
2023 Hyundai SONATA review
I've got a 2023 Sonata N Line, with 1800 miles on it now. It's a great car, for the money. Performance, style, comfort. It needs a memory seat for sure. The front seats mold to you but is very hard to get in and out of unless you move the seat back. Also, the inside needs much more storage space, center console is small, glove box is small, and side pockets are almost useless.

Napleton Chevrolet St. Charles review
I worked with Rocky and had an amazing experience. This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! Same with Matt the financial adviser there, he was also incredibly thorough and kind and explained anything I had questions on! I highly recommend this dealership and these guys! They were amazing! :D

AutoNation USA Phoenix Avondale review
I live about three and a half hours from the dealership. When I first contacted them, Lilly Quintero worked with me and helped me by sending pictures to me and a credit application. The car was awaiting parts to repair the driver’s side window regulator. Her enthusiasm and professionalism convinced me to purchase the car and I am going to the dealership to complete the purchase on Saturday, September 19th. I am positively thrilled!
