I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Danny Hughett was our sales person for our new Kia Sorento. I navigated a very user friendly dealership website to find 2 cars that we were interested in. I called Danny, he answered many of my questions prior to our vistit and had both vehicles pulled and ready for us to look at when we arrived later in the day. Even though we had done our homework, Danny made the process even easier by his knowledge, his willingness to find answers and help us with no pressure at all. We walked out of Rick Case with a car we love and what we feel is a more than fair deal. After the sale, Danny has been also diligent in answering some questions that I have had. Danny is the best along with the whole Rick Case team, and I would recommend them again and again!
We went on a Sunday and Chianna Massie provided great service. She helped us locate a couple of cars that matched what we wanted and even when they didn't have them right there she found them and made the arranges for us to see them. Dealership seems very professional and no pressure. 100% recommended.

I wanted a 2016 used Tuscon. I had been looking for it for a long time and I found it at Rick Case Duluth. I bought it on New Years Eve. It was hectic at the dealership as you can imagine. My salesperson was Chris Gaines. He was pleasant and the sale went well. It was pouring rain and I didn't get to inspect the detail of the car very well due to the rain. I had to bring my title back the next day. I saw in the a.m. that there was a very bad paint touch up job on the driver side mirror and that the front seats were pretty scroddy. I asked Chris if they could just sand down the mirror and redo the touch up because it was really bad and shampoo the seats. He said he would check with the manager but he didn't think it would be a problem and it would have to be on a Thurs. Time went by and we kept missing each others calls. When I finally got in touch with Chris he told me they were not going to be able to touch up the mirror because they would have to redo the whole mirror. I was really upset. I hadn't bought a car since 2005. I wasn't asking them to repaint the whole thing just to touch it up. So I sent an email to Cars.com and I heard from the service center and they were able to check my car out last Thursday. They told me they could get me a new mirror at their cost, or whole new paint at their cost or try and sand it down and see what it looked like when they touched it up, but couldn't guarantee anything. I had to go with that option due to recent unplanned expenses. Tammy Baker took care of coordinating with the conditioning area. She was great. By noon it was done and I couldn't believe how great it looks. I am thrilled. Thrilled with the car, it looks brand new., It smells brand new and my faith is restored in Rick Case. I grew up in Cleveland Ohio. So I've known the Rick Case name for years which is part of why I went there and now I am very happy I did. They do really want you to be happy.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
The signage directing me where to go was not easily visible. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially because I wasn't sure how to use my Fidelity service benefit and Michael made it a smooth process. I thought oil changes were to happen every 3K miles but my sticker indicates nearly 5K. That concerns me, but I'll check my oil periodically to make sure its not too low.
Add hot tea or cocoa to the beverage station. Overall it was a good experience. I'll come again.
