Angelia in sales and Cory in finance were awesome Great to work with and very helpful
2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

By far the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had buying a car. The white glove delivery to my home was something I have never had before and was the icing on top for how great an experience we had. Brandon Cage handled everything for us with professionalism and answered all my questions immediately and made the paperwork process seamless. An absolute outstanding experience from start to delivery. We will always recommend Crain Chevy to anyone wanting to buy a new car.

Crain Hyundai of Little RockReviews
Crain Hyundai of Little Rock review
5-Star Review for Kayla – Auto Department, Crain Hyundai Little Rock I had an outstanding experience working with Kayla in the auto department. She truly listened to my concerns about my car and took the time to understand exactly what had been going on. Kayla clearly explained what needed to be done, without making any false promises. She went above and beyond, exploring every possible option that would not only address the issues but also work for my situation—especially since I live two hours away. She also made sure I received fair and reasonable pricing, which I greatly appreciated. Kayla is the kind of professional who takes your concerns seriously and delivers on what she says. I’m so thankful for everything she did, and I hope more customers get the chance to experience this level of service. I now know exactly who I’ll go to in the future. Thanks to her help, I made it home safely and with a better understanding of my vehicle. Kayla is a true asset to Crain Hyundai!

The person who deserves the 5-star rating is Mark Madison. Mark has taken care of me, my two daughters, and several other family members for years. He's a straight shooter, he's honest, and has much integrity. That's not been my experience with most car salespeople. He works hard to please his customers and is the reason we have purchased six cars from them over the course of several years.

I purchased a Mercedes GLC350e from Ali in 2020. i am in love with this car and will look forward to working with Ali in the future on all purchases
2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I worked with Heron and he was a gem! Very thorough, not pushy at all, had excellent information about the vehicles. Helped me with the learning curve of owning a new car for the first time since 2006 when I bought my new Honda Pilot. I drove that for 20 years and loved it until an idiot rearended me at 55 mph while I sat still waiting for an accident ahead. Learning all thee new buttons and gadgets was a shock. Thank you, Heron!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Landon French as my car salesman, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, he was professional, friendly, and attentive. Landon took the time to understand my needs and budget, then guided me to vehicles that were a perfect fit. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process--he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me rather than just making a sale. His communication was clear, and he ensured I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. If you're looking for a car salesman who goes above and beyond, Landon French is the one to ask for.

Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville review
I purchased two Elantras within a 3 week period. I had purchased one in late December as a surprise for my son; It was a remote purchase made completely via email and phone with a dealership in Oregon. The second Elantra was also a surprise but for my daughter. I had high expectations that a local purchase should be even easier than the long-distance one. After a somewhat cold interaction at another dealership, I contacted Crain Fayetteville. Mike Wallace reached back out and was responsive, not pushy, helpful, friendly yet professional throughout the entire experience. Not only did Michael make it easy, he was honest and transparent regarding every step of the process. The handoff to Zachary (finance) went smoothly, and he too was a delight to work with. They were in on the surprise, so they helped me get the windows tinted before the pick-up. We drove in - she was surprised - Michael showed her all the features while I wrapped up paperwork with Zachary. They were thorough but quick; no delay tactics to try and upsell me. Respectful of my time. I STRONGLY recommend Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville.

Toyota of HernandoReviews
Toyota of Hernando review
I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received at Toyota of Hernando. They found the exact vehicle I needed very quickly and were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. My sales rep, Ryan Gaeslin went out of his way to make sure he would be available to meet despite having to show up after normal hours. His knowledge of the features and tech were very impressive. His sales style is low pressure and laid back. This is very uncommon in the auto industry. The finance manager, Art, like Ryan ,was super laid back and didn’t try to push me into additional charges I was uncomfortable with. I’ll definitely be going back to see Ryan and Art in the next couple months to negotiate a new Sequoia. HIGHLY reccomend this dealership and would recommend asking for Ryan and Art on your next Toyota Purchase! 5 Stars AllDay

I bought my Hyundai Ioniq in November of 2018. The experience was easy and stress free. They allowed me to test drive a couple different vehicles overnight before I settled on the Ioniq for the great gas mileage. Stephen Gamble was very helpful and patient. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I recently traded in my car for a used Hyundai Kona electric at this dealership, and my experience was exceptional. They went above and beyond, allowing me to test drive the car without an appointment and staying past closing to finalize the sale. Despite having negative equity on my trade-in, they managed to secure a good interest rate, meeting the monthly payment I desired. A special shoutout to Olivia, my salesgirl, who provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and customer-centric approach.
