I am not a fan of buying cars or dealing with dealerships, but I recently purchased a 2024 Palisade and I have never had a better car buying experience. Fred Jordan was an excellent Sales Consultant. He was responsive when he needed to be and was respectful while I made the buying decision. Mark Wuebker got me through the paperwork in record time. I would imagine that I will buy another vehicle from them in the future!
2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Had a really good experience buying my new Santa Fe at Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield. Darryl was great to work with and made the whole process easy. He was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. I also really appreciated the management team and their willingness to work with me to get everything where I wanted it. Everyone was easy to talk to, and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Darryl and the team at Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield!

My last visit was for a scheduled oil change. It was done on time and complete one comment though I also had a check engine light. I thought I would be handed off to the diagnostic side, but instead, I was checked out.
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
I went from a '23 Santa Fe and was disappointed at first, but after 6 months, I have grown to like this car. I gave it a 4 for comfort only because I wish the 6 way power seat was a bit more versatile, and a 4 for value because this vehicle is $110/month more than the '23 Santa Fe, and it is not at the level of the Santa Fe. Last week I drove a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica for a spell and the Tucson compares favorably.

After the big snow in the area, my car was impacted with snow and was off-balance. They looked at and determined that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and got rid of the impacted snow throughout the car to make it drivable, free of charge! I take my vehicle there to get my oil changes and tire rotations, helping me out in this situation meant a lot to me, and will keep me coming back!
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

Subaru of Kings AutomallReviews
Subaru of Kings Automall review
I had a great experience buying from Subaru of Kings Auto Mall. It was quite different from most other dealership experiences that I've had. None of the "pretend we're lowering the price by extending the term and showing a lower payment", which has happened to me so many times at dealerships. I made an offer, the offer was accepted, and that was that. Ethan was a pleasure to work with. There was one point of hard-sell on the extended warranty, but that's to be expected on an auto purchase. Overall very happy with my experience.

2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
In today’s car market it’s hard to find an SUV so good at such a reasonable price. I had gone to the dealer to buy a new Outback but the price & performance left me wanting. He had a Tucson in his showroom that was beautiful. I test drove it and fell in love. Not only is the technology amazing the ride is extremely quiet. Within a week I drove it down to Florida from Michigan and it handled beautifully. From the cooling seats to the heads up display this is a great suv.

Mazda of Dayton review
I am very pleased with the extensive selection of Mazda vehicles and the attention to service and detail provided by associates of Mazda of Dayton. My purchase transaction and experience were thorough and satisfactory. However, there was an extensively hours long delay in completing all transactions due to a large number of buyers at the same time. Our representative was attentive, considerate and patient in completing my new Mazda purchase. I drove my new Mazda for 4 hours back home to Northern Indiana, and I enjoyed the great comfort, performance and advanced features of my new 2025 Mazda CX-5. My previous car was a 2016 Mazda CX-5, and I am now a very pleased, delighted and satisfied repeat Mazda owner. Mazda offers exceptional performance, quality and style. I would definitely do business again with Mazda Dayton.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

Rob has helped us with two cars this year. He listens to the customer and their needs. When you visit this dealership, ask for Rob! Nick, from the finance department, helped us this time. He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. Prepared, quick working, and doesn?t dwell on paperwork or trying to sell more. Long story short, you?re in good hands.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

When my RAV4 was destroyed in an accident, I found the Tucson to be a much better value than the new RAV4. All the latest technology at a reasonable price. Better warranty, and no subscription fees for connected services. Good, reliable, basic transportation.

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

CarMax Greenville review
Raphael Tucker was amazing to work with while I was buying my car. From the first time he called to talk to me about the idea of buying a car he was professional, caring, and kind. Then when I was test driving cars and asking a million question he was patient and reassuring. By the end of the experience I had fun working with him and LOVED how Carmax takes care of people. I will forever be a Carmax buyer and I will totally be seeing Raphael Tucker again. Can't wait to tell everyone I know to go see Raphael Tucker.
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.
