Very friendly and accommodating staff

Our only car suddenly died and I needed another car quickly as I had borrowed a family member's car to check out cars I had found on line and I needed to return it as quickly as possible. I found exactly what I was looking for at Vitale's Family Auto. Chris, the salesman, showed me the car. It was a 9 passenger 2005 Chevy Tahoe with average mileage and 4WD and a very reasonable price. However this AC was not working and there were a couple of other minor problems. We agreed that if I purchased this car, all the issues would be fixed. Therefore, after a minimum down payment, the owner, Davide arranged financing for the balance at a very low rate. They replaced the AC compressor and repaired the minor problems then called me to pick up the car. Since I didn't have anyone that could bring me to the dealership, I drove there alone and Davide drove the Tahoe to my house and then I drove Davide back to the dealership. About a week later, the AC was not working again. I brought the Tahoe back to the dealership and Donnie, the mechanic drove me back home. Donnie found that the condenser had a bad leak at a seam, so they replaced the condenser, recharged the system and checked for other leaks. They didn't find any other leaks, so Davide and Donnie delivered the car to my house. The AC is working fine now.
Davide, the owner, Chris, the salesman, and Donnie, the mechanic were all friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I would recommend Vitale's Family Auto to anyone looking for a slightly older used car.
