This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

This car is comfortable to drive and it is good on gas mileage. I bought this car new and it still is fun to drive.
Alexander and the staff at Riverside Chevrolet made my truck buying experience so easy and fast!! They even paid off my old car in full!!! Most dealers only offered me 1/2 of what they paid for my trade in! They helped me get a much lower interest rate on my new truck even though my credit is less

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
Very happy with our car purchase for our daughter. we found the perfect civic for our daughter on cars.com. The whole process was easy . There was no haggling price at the dealer. We were in and out of office quickly. Thank u guys.

Only car I drove before diving right in to a decision. Love the Hyundai cars. Tucson my
main choice. SUV is better than a sedan for me.
Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). I highly recommend this dealership. I will certainly be back when I look for another car.

I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

We really liked he way it handled on the road going from a bigger SUV it was great. So much so we decided to buy one.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This is my second Hyundai. I owned it for fifteen years. Never had a problem just the maintenance. I love these cars. Everyone should own one.
Honestly the best experience you'll have buying a car. My salesman Antoine Fiveash (Tony) was awesome. Non stressful environment and friendly faces. Tony talked to me like a real person and not just another sale. I walked out happy with my new car I got for a killer deal!! I'll be back for my next car

It has the space of a SUV but the style and comfort of a car .. It has AWD which is key with the New England winters
It also has Bluetooth for both hands free and streaming

All of the people we encountered that work at Inland Empire were friendly and professional. The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low. All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!
