I bought two cars from them, both times it was a pleasure to work with Niello VW staff. I got my first used car in 2015 and had no issues with it, yesterday I trade in my old car and got another used vehicle for a great price. Planning to go back there in few years to get another car

It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months

I came into Sacramento Hyundai and I was greeted by David Wilson. I have to rate my overall experience as excellent. He walked me through the different Hyundai cars and he answered any questions I had. I had specifically asked to be able to get my car that same evening, so David made sure the car was brought to the dealership so that I could drive off the lot with the car. Even though the dealership closed by the car arrived, he took the extra time to walk me through all of the features and specifications of my car. Not once did he provide the impression of wanting to just go home but rather he made sure that I understood all of the features of my vehicle. I would recommend David Wilson to any of my friends and family if they are interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!
It turns out the advertised vehicle was not available on West coast but in Florida and New York whish could be transferred for 1600 dollars
