Fred Beans was the third dealer I went to before I could get the key fob programmed successfully. Ashley, the service manager, stayed with the problem until it was solved. The other dealers gave up and sent me on my way. At least they did not charge me for failing to complete the job.
My experience with Conicelli Hyundai was a great one. From Timothy Smith (GM) to Tim Mhay (Sales Consultant) to Juan Pelegrin (Finance Manager), I felt comfortable with every step of the process and it was a smooth experience. Each employee was professional and also socially welcoming. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.
As you can see in my photo I???m happy. I was worried on arrival though lol. Despite that, Kizzy and Conicelli really helped me. They really worked with me and gathered a lot of info. I will gladly be a customer here a long timeeee.
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
I want to write a positive review for salesman Howard Bregman at Faulkner Hyundai Philadelphia who helped me buy my car 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. I've been driving it a few weeks no issues - love the car and got a great price and service from this place. I will return there for my next car. He was so nice and helpful - even came in during time off for me to pick up my car. I can't say enough about my experience there and the service I got from this sales man. Honest and nice. Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
My experience with peruzzi Mazda was nothing short of a great experience. My sales associate Doug was excellent, truly went the extra mile to get me out the door with a car and deal I was very happy with. Unfortunately the Mazda 3 I leased was totalled recently after i was rear ended. I will be taking my business back to peruzzi and will work with Doug again!
