New Image Auto Sales review
I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Being a first-time car buyer, I expected the process to be stressful, but they completely changed that. They were honest, patient, and incredibly responsive. They addressed every concern I had, fixed things I requested promptly, and gave me a fantastic deal. Most importantly, I always felt like they genuinely cared and wanted me to be happy with my purchase—not just make a sale. If you're looking for a dealership you can trust, this is the place!

Ed Napleton Acura KiaReviews
Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

We had already been to multiple car lots with no luck. This was the last place we were going before we gave up. So glad that we made the stop. Frank was a delight. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time with all of our concerns. Throughout the process he was nice and understanding which helped put us at ease. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this location!
2017 INFINITI QX60 review
A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Keyser & Miller Ford review
I have been a past Keyser Miller Ford customer in the past. I leased and then purchased a 2011 & 2017 Escape and I am back to lease a '26 Bronco. Keyser Miller has done right by me and I have no complaints about the dealership. My salesperson...Gary English...was super! He is low key and has a very nice personality, as well. I am very pleased with this experience and lease, and I am hoping that the '26 Bronco is cool to ride. Stay Tuned.

Looking for my first ever car was quite stressful to say the least, but Infiniti of Naperville made the process much easier on me. My salesperson Samantha Bylak was super friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with, and most importantly helped me get a deal I was happy with on my vehicle. Overall, it was a smooth, no-pressure experience, and I’m glad I chose to buy my first car here.

Luther Hopkins HondaReviews
Luther Hopkins Honda review
I went in for service and left with a new car! Meng was great and everyone backing him up helped to make the entire experience smooth and pleasurable. Blake and Andres in service took care of my most recent CRV, while I discovered a new 2026 CRV to take home! I have been very happy with Luther Hopkins Honda and all the employees who have helped me there. I must say that I am also very happy with the Honda cars as well, especially enjoying the Hybrid CRV's. The choice below asks New, Used or Service. I picked Service, but could also fill in Sales (New).

Aristocrat Motors Lee's SummitReviews
Aristocrat Motors Lee's Summit review
Flawless, I can't say enough about today's experience. Everyone that had a hand in my purchase was exceptional. Big shout out to Russ Singelton. Nicest human. So greatful he sold me my new vehicle. Russ explained ever detail about buy of my new vehicle. I had no questions about any of the paperwork I was signing. Then the best was he tought me how to understand the many options my vehicle came with. Never dreamed of buying a car at Aristocrat. So greatful I did. I will always refer Aristocrat Lee's Summit.
