We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.
A friend of mines told me about this dealership because her son brought his Audi from them. I decided to go and check them out after work. Believe it or not they actually have some very nice high end vehicles. I did not think that I was going to buy a car that day! But from the big Hello from the staff there and the low pressure buying experience. I walked out with a 2015 BMW 535I, I love my car!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great selection of inventory, knowledgeable and polite salespeople (especially Dom and Jon) and a beautiful facility gave Crowley VW the edge on a day where I had already seen 2 other dealerships. This is the third car my family has purchased from the Crowley group but the first from VW. This team has set the bar way above their competition.

By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. Had a great experience with the staff. The salesman, Peter, didn???t hassle me into anything I didn???t want. Lou was very helpful and down to earth. I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.
We were taken care of by Charlie, who was very kind and professional with us. He told us to take our time looking over the car and we took it for a test drive. We mentioned our only concern to him regarding a noise we heard the car making as we drove and he told us right away that it would be taken care of. It was in the garage for a couple of hours and we were given all new breaks, oil change, tires and an overall safety check. The noise we heard before is now gone and the car was cleaned for us. We are very happy with our experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great car for a reasonable price and great customer service. You won't have to deal with the pressure of spending more money than you intend to. A++ overall!
Live about 200 miles away from Highline Car Connection, but saw their inventory and noticed a great selection. Reached out prior to making the trip down and the team was very responsive and professional. Decided to drive to Waterbury and was very pleased with the quality of vehicles on their lot and the great, fast, no pressure service the team provided. I couldn't of asked for a better car buying experience and certainly my new destination for car shopping. Strongly recommend.

It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. I’ve been going to Harte Infiniti for the past 2 years to have my car serviced. I have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. I’m always satisfied with the service they provide. I love the fact that there are coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sodas, snacks, and donuts available for me to enjoy while I’m there waiting. The last time I went, they even had free freshly made pizzas. That was incredible!
