INFINITI OF DENVERReviews
INFINITI OF DENVER review
I had an outstanding service experience with Infiniti. My vehicle needed a routine oil change, and I also wanted an unusual noise investigated, which turned out to be a wheel bearing issue. What made the experience especially impressive was the convenience and level of customer care. Infiniti arranged to deliver a complimentary loaner vehicle directly to my home and pick up my vehicle for service. This was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made the entire process completely hassle-free. My service advisor, Clark, was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly communicated the findings and recommended repairs, and maintained complete transparency throughout the process. From start to finish, the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Many thanks to Clark and the entire Infiniti service team for going above and beyond. Truly a first-class experience!
2025 INFINITI QX60 review
Beautiful car, a real eye catcher, a wonderful drive, loaded to the Max with features, I got with 10K miles, last month, for a steal well below the suggested price range. I got a deal because people write off an Infiniti as a gussied up Nissan, but how is that different than a Lexus being a gussied up Toyota, etc.? I realize that this is the first year of a V4 variable compression engine, which has had coking issues. I presume that Infiniti has had time now to download adjustments to mitigate this, and I intend to baby the engine by letting it sit for a few seconds after starting before driving to make certain there is sufficient oil before heavy loads, and to change oil after every 5k miles rather than the 7,500.,, recommended. I am getting filet mignon at hamburg prices.

AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe review
Faheem was incredibly professional and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire car-buying process. He took the time to listen to what I needed, understood my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with the monthly payments before moving forward. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but Faheem made the entire process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend Faheem to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Excellent customer service, no hassles, and no pressure. Their selection of vehicles is amazing as well.
2018 INFINITI QX80 review
I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

AutoNation USA Denver Broadway review
Everything was great about buying our new vehicle from Ethan. My only complaint is that the dealer wouldn’t accept the financing we had already received from our bank. That resulted in a 2% increase in our interest rate which resulted in about a hundred extra dollars a month. That is something we can fix ourselves in a month or two but just be aware of that. Again, everything else about purchasing a car from here was top notch. The price and quality of the car is great. Thanks for your help, Ethan!
2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.
