Not long ago, I decided to sell my car. I was a little nervous because it was my first time selling a vehicle. I visited several dealerships in Naperville and the surrounding area. As soon as I walked into the Infiniti dealership, I was met with outstanding attention and care from Samantha Bylak. She was very friendly, explained exactly how the process would work, and introduced me to the dealership’s general manager. In the end, the entire transaction was completed very quickly, and everything happened exactly the way Samantha had explained it. Now, two weeks later, I can say that everything went smoothly, and I was left with a very positive impression of Infiniti of Naperville, especially of Samantha.
2022 INFINITI Q50 review
Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

2021 INFINITI Q50 review
Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

Ali had a very good price on a 2014 Camaro with low miles, they also gave me a fair trade value for my 2012 Camaro. The paper work was quick and easy. Ali even gave me a 30 day warranty at no charge! They have a wide variety of vehicles on hand. Keep in mind that they are a used car dealer and you’ll need to do your own inspection. 2015 INFINITI Q40 review
I've had my eye on this car since it was the G35/37 and glad I was able to get one from the last model year they made it as the Q40. It is the perfect blend of performance, luxury and reliability. Mine had 48k at purchase and I am hoping it will last me to 200k. The styling is timeless and sleek. One thing I really like is that while the interior may seem dated, it doesn't have too much extra technology that I personally feel is unnecessary and can hike up the cost of other luxury cars in its class. This keeps this car at a more reasonable price and less of a chance of electronic/computer failure issues down the road!

2018 INFINITI Q50 review
Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. 2022 INFINITI Q50 review
IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

2004 INFINITI G35 review
This car has a lot of miles but there’s still a lot of life left in her. And just today my daughter called and explained how her car just took a crap on her.. I feel very confident giving the Infiniti to her with no worry’s even though she’s 200 miles away. So I know will be down to check out a work truck and do some more business hopefully

2019 INFINITI Q50 review
This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.
