This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Vehicle meets and exceeds expectations. Very quiet, virtually maintenance free with the exception of the passenger side seat heater. We are working with our Dealer to resolve.

They seem like a reputable dealership, nice sales people, but, I couldn't get a definite answer why they could not offer the exact price on the car that you had it offered for. It was about $1200 more than your online ad.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a comfortable reliable sedan, we narrowed our focus to a MAZDA6. Did a search on car gurus and found a listing for Mazda6 with this dealer. Jay and John were both very nice and helpful. Visits are by appointment only, so we gave Jay a call, set up an appointment to look at the car and hopefully purchase it same day, my wife and I live 2 hrs away from the dealer so I asked some detailed questions about the car over the phone, Jay provided an accurate verbal description of the car so there would be no surprises once we got there. Jay informed me of some minor cosmetic interior/exterior blemishes and that the tires were getting to be well worn. Once we arrived, we met John who had the car ready for us to test drive. John was very friendly and relaxed and also provided helpful information about the car when asked. In person the car matched the description Jay gave over the phone which was reassuring. My wife and I took it for a test drive by ourselves and everything was as we had hoped so we decided to purchase it. 10/10 experience (excluding the 2 hour drive)

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. So far above and beyond what I could have expected or even hoped! Before I was able to drive my new purchase home, Legacy Auto wanted to, as is their practice, go through every inch of the car replacing everything that seemed in need of being replaced, regardless of whether an actual safety issue or not as might come out of a cursory safety inspection. I wasn't surprised yet I was a little disappointed that it would take a while for their shop to get my car in for the inspection and corrections, primarily because my insurance company could not cover my rental car for as long as it would take but, Legacy Auto provided a loaner so I at least had a car to drive away with and use until mine was ready. That though turned out the be the least of the professionalism in the service they provided as the cost out of their pocket that they put in for parts alone for issues they dealt with, far beyond any safety concerns, was 10% of the agreed-to price in the first place! They put in 10% of the price of the car AFTER I had already paid for it. In any other dealership I have experience with the best I could have expected is a legally required safety inspection and a detailing of the body and interior. I had to drive about 45 minutes to reach Legacy Auto but the time and effort was more than worth it!

The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.
