I bought a BMW from this dealership and I had the most phenomenal sales experience!! Matt Tillman is an exceptionally great guy and I’ve never seen someone give such excellent customer service at any car dealership! He was really kind, took the time to listen, and helped me with my order. He always kept me informed during the whole process as well and provided updates. I’ve gone to so many dealerships in the past (Audi, Lexus, etc.) but nothing matched this experience. So thank you BMW of Sterling!! I purchased the "First Edition" more than a year ago and have been loving it ever since. I traded in my Mercedes S550 and never missed it. The car is super quick and handles great. I find the seats very comfy. The tech is a little slow, but doesn't really bother me personally. I use the Andriod Auto and like how it works. The heated steering wheel works great, and is a favorite feature of mine. I have only used this car with my home charger, and it works great for commuting. I haven't had any problems with the car. Highly recommend!

We stopped by yesterday to look at a BMW. The whole buying process was smooth. We liked that the prices are no haggle- so we didn’t have to waste time on negotiations. This card is a real gem. The interior is classy great color with all the extras. This is not a car that you see very often on the road it drives wonderfully and it's like riding on air. This car is absolutely gorgeous to drive and to look at.

Definitely not the typical dealership, walking into an indoor facility really adds to the experience! The guys were also able to beat my rate with the financing that I already had set up. The finance team is great.

Have had this car for about 3 weeks. Car is running fine, performance is crazy. 6 cylinder turbocharged wow! Car had only a little over 20,000 when I got it. Have had a tear on driver leather seat..when I exited vehicle, and a tail light go out the 1st day. Car has features I have yet to find, much less figure out but am very happy with this purchase and the price. A dream of mine was to own a Jag. This one is AWD as well.

This has been a fantastic car. It is beautiful inside and out, incredibly comfortable, and amazing to drive. It handles like a dream. When on the highway, passing is a breeze with this turbocharged beauty.

Overall it?s great. It doesn?t come with Apple play but I can for go that feature considering it didn?t always work in other cars and trucks I?ve driven. My E-Pace S is comfortable find to drive and loaded with nice features. Love how it was designed inside and out. It?s my first Jaguar and I don?t think I?ll be buying any other kind of vehicles if Jaguar vehicles stay like this or get better!

Bought from dealership owner at 2,220 miles. It’s at 350,000 4/22. Love this car. Always best of required care. 26 mpg at 80 mph. Issues today. Oil issues and tech issues. Might be at a crossroad. May will tell. 400,000 not a goal but 2024 is. Use is 6-7,000/yr. We’ll see.

I love this car. I just do not understand why my engine locked up on me while driving, and it gave me no warning signs of any kind before this happened (no check engine light, no low oil, no low coolant, or anything). I've owned several other high-end vehicles, and even though the Audi Q7 burns a lot of oil, the vehicle provides warning lights that advise of low oil; therefore, it gives the owner an opportunity to add oil when needed. I feel that Jaguar should make this right.

Excellent fuel efficiency in the diesel model; approximately 34/35mpg on country back roads and highway driving. The connectivity with Apple play is confusing to me as is the gps navigation system but that might just be a European way of designing the system. This mid size suv is lovely and elegant and something not everyone owns.

Mija Aguilera is amazing sale associate. He tried so hard to find us the car that we want. He did not afraid to ask manager to give us a good deal. Also Massi kazemi is a great sales manager. I currently drive a Lincoln Town-car 09 and I love my big cars but it’s behind on times. I needed to upgrade to a more advanced model. I needed a sunroof, I needed Bluetooth and GoWheelMart found me so much more. Now I have Remote start, WiFi hotspot, Pano-roof, CarPlay, wireless connection (threw away my aux cord), navigation (don’t have to use my phone anymore) and a beautiful interior that is complimented by its exterior. I feel more confident and look more sophisticated, lol! I’m simply happy!

Great auto. Fast and comfortable. Had to clean out the garage because this baby has to be put inside. Neighbor said if he saw me driving Jag in the winter he would call Jaguar and have the car taken away from me. It is an all wheel drive!!!!
