We purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee North from Sayer Chrysler Jeep on January 18, 2024. We had been looking around for the last few months. Mostly at 2021 and 2022 models. We were just getting ready to go to Salt Lake the next morning to look at a couple of 2022s. My wife had noticed this 2020 model previously with extremly low miles. We decided to drive up to Idaho Falls from Blackfoot to lookat it in the late afternoon. Upon arriving, Tyler Martin met us on the lot and showed us the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a short test drive, everything seemed to be in excellent condition. We basically fell in love with it. It had everything we were looking for except it did not have sa tow package. After a brief discussion, Tyler talked to the service department and they agreed to install a factory trailer tow package at no cost. That and the low miles basically sold us on the vehicle. Business manager Mackenzie Burrell was fantastic to work with. She took time to make sure we had the best interest rates and the best deal available. In less than two hours we were driving our Jeep Grand Cherokee home. A week later after the parts for the tow package arrived Tyler arranged for the service department to install the hitch The lights and hook up work perfectly. While signing papers at the Service Desk to pick up my repair, I mentioned that Enterprise was going to charge me an additional $75.00 for leaving the rental unit at the dealership, and not dropping it off back to Enterprise, (due to timing restraints on my end). As I was leaving the lot, my phone rang - it was Garrett! He stated they thought it was unfair for me to have to pay that extra $75.00, and that he and his co-workers would take it upon themselves to see to it that the vehicle would be returned to rental company lot, and there by saving me that added expense.

We arrived to Henna Chevrolet at the end of the day. My wife and I were greeted by Christian who talked with us and asked us what we wanted. We laid out our expectations and they found the 3.0 Durmax Diesel Chevrolet Black 4x4 Silverado in Houston and traded to get this truck delivered with 24 hours. No other dealer offered this…we were told “we can’t do that.” Christian, Joseph, and Henna Chevrolet took a chance and got the vehicle without having a guarantee we would buy it. Once the truck arrived at Henna Chevrolet, a very fair offer was made. Now comes the monkey wrench to the deal. My wife said let’s get a Chevrolet Silverado Diesel 2500 HD LTZ in black with all the same features as the Chevrolet Silverado Durmax. Needless to say I was excited but, felt bad because Christian and the team went all the way to Houston for the Durmax. I called Christian and said hey…do you have the same truck just in a 2500 HD in black. Christian’s sales flexibility was clearly demonstrated as he shifted and said to give him 15 minutes and he would call me back. Well as they say is history….Henna had the 2500 HD & we closed the deal. Thank you Christian, Joseph, and Henna Chevrolet for making a dream come true!

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
I have had mine for 7 years full time business , now has 118k miles on it.. and paid off. it has worked great and still operating. 2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Great SUV...BOUGHT in 2017...good on gas penalty of zip with V6 engine. The start stop stop working last year and found out why.I needed a new battery as went dead this year...now start stop feature works 100 percent. Have low milage 30000 miles or 50000 kms here in Canada. .
