AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I started looking at the new jeep Cherokee hybrid a few months ago and had stopped and talked to Remil and test drove one. My wife and I were not in any hurry to purchase as our existing Cherokee was fine. But Remil would always would send me a reminder email on purchasing. Finally we decided to take the time and look. The dealership gave us a good trade in on our existing Cherokee. After the purchase we discovered that the Cherokee limited did not have some of the same safety features as our existing, mainly front parking sensors. In the end we ended up with the next level Overland which had all of the safety features. Fernando worked with us on the sale as well as Remil. They both worked to get us a vehicle with the right options. The Cherokee is my wife's daily driver and she is very happy with it. Thank you. Bob Wendt

Corwin Ford RepublicReviews
Corwin Ford Republic review
I recently purchased a new Ford Ranger from Corwin Ford Lincoln Republic and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I live in Florida, so nearly the entire purchase was handled remotely before I ever arrived at the dealership. Kameron Eakins handled most of the process with me and was extremely responsive, straightforward, and helpful throughout the entire transaction. We had the price, financing, paperwork, and other details worked out before I made the trip to Missouri, which made purchasing a vehicle from over 1,000 miles away much easier than you might expect. My flight into Springfield was delayed several times and I didn't arrive until after the dealership had closed Friday night. The next morning, Stephan Nelson and Daniel Law picked my wife and me up from our hotel, and I was able to drive the Ranger back to the dealership. I inspected the truck, completed some paperwork with Stephan, and finally got to meet Kameron in person. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I then finished the paperwork with William Daingerfield in the business office. There was no pressure to purchase additional products or services, and the entire process at the dealership was incredibly quick and easy. I believe we were in and out in only about 30–40 minutes. As an out-of-state buyer, I was also concerned about receiving the MSO and paperwork I would need to title and register the Ranger in Florida. I was told it would normally arrive within about a week, but everything was already delivered to my home in Florida by Tuesday after purchasing the truck Saturday morning. I've purchased several vehicles out of state over the years, and this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I've had. I really appreciate Kameron, Stephan, Daniel, William, and everyone at Corwin for making the entire process so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, even from 1,000+ miles away.

Friendly/ Professional / & Honest. Sendell will tell you what they did verbally & a written copy of services performed. The waiting room is comfortable. the coffee was Great; they need a simple snack tray for customers in waiting. Most dealerships offer these. I give them a 9.5 Stars. out of (5). Why? there's always room for improvements.

Matt in finance made the paperwork easy to understand and the loan process was smooth. Julio, the sales manager, was professional, courteous, and worked with the team to give me a great deal on my truck. Everyone I worked with was polite, honest, and treated me with respect from start to finish. I highly recommend Automation Buick GMC West to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience. Thank you, Megan, Matt, and Julio, for making this such an easy and enjoyable purchase!

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

Andrew was great! I came in two hours before closing and was provided with awesome customer service and was walked through every step. He made sure to fix a couple minor issues before letting me take the car off the lot. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again!

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Thank you to everyone there!

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Would recommend this vehicle. Overall very good value and has proven very reliable. Sorry to hear it is being discontinued Jeep had a winner and what I thought was a great tweeter between the Compass and Grand Cherokee.
