I Completed finance application 9/26 on a 2017 renegade desert hawk . I haven’t received a response yet 9/30. I did receive a confirmation that the application was received. I’m surprised about huge delay
The sales man really was a very nice guy. He help explain the different features between models. We were looking at three different cars at three different lots. he was quick to show us the features we really should be looking for.

Drove up to Gaithersburg from NOVA on Halloween afternoon, since Criswell had my desired Cherokee TrailHawk on the lot! Much to my surprise, they were committed to getting me in this new vehicle. Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
Warranty repair, parts came in earlier than estimated. However I was promised a one-day repair, and it took longer but they never called to advise status. I had to call multiple times the second day to get status, and when I was told it would be ready by about 10, I arrived around 11 and had to wait until after 1 pm before the car was ready. This was on a work day so the inaccurate estimates resulted in my wasting several otherwise productive hours.
I usually dread things like regular inspections and oil changes because it can take up the whole day. I arrived at Safford Saturday morning around 7:15am requesting an oil change, tire rotation and VA inspection. They got started immediately and I was out of there by 8:45 as promised. An easy Saturday morning!
Body Shop: well done repair of damage from a fender bender

Brought my Ford Fusion to the Body Shop (at the suggestion of GEICO) to repair damage from a fender bender. Geico handled my claim and provided me with a loaner, check-in went smoothly and quickly. The repairs were completed on time and the car was available for pick-up late in the afternoon on the day provided with the estimate. The quality of the work to repair the damage, upon visual inspection, shown as excellent and what is to be expected from an accomplished body shop. Having been delivered for repair on a rainy day, my car was clean and shiny inside and out when I picked it up. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
I discovered Lustine a few months ago when my Jeep needed service. Bryant Jones was assigned to help me and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond with assistance on gathering information on my service warranty from another dealer, kept me apprised of the work on my vehicle, and was honest about the work that needed to get done. Bryan was professional and genuinely friendly. I also had the pleasure of working with Finance Manager Azmi Sabah. Azmi was honest and helpful in the sale of a new vehicle. I believe Lustine thrives as a successful business because of honest and down to earth employees like Bryant and Azmi.
Great service as always, came in to have service done, had a busy schedule and Floyd as well as the rest of the service department were stellar on providing great customer service. I was kept in the loop during the entire process and was not pressured to return the loaner immediately. 5 out of 5 stars for the support and service !
