Good experience, one of the first dealerships to contact me through e-mail, but didn't contacted me by text messages. The Price of the Vehicle was out of my range to begin with, and it was a model year 3 years newer than the one I was originally looking for. We never made an appointment to see the vehicle since I found what I wanted in another dealership closer to home.

I want to show appreciation for my Salesman, Bryan. Everyone talks about the ease of the buying process but my compliment concerns a salesman who goes the extra mile to help resolve a problem after the sale. My problem was with Chrysler Credit regarding a vehicle that I turned in last December. Thanks to Brian, it was finally resolved after several previous attempts to resolve the problem directly with the financier.

I would like to say my purchase of my 2025 Grand Jeep Cherokee was one of the best no hassle experiences. My sales person was Joshua and he was very helpful and informative on all my questions and concerns. Fantastic staff and relaxing waiting area. The prices are reasonable for going to a dealership, but the employees really make the experience. I've had no issues with unnecessary upselling or "bad vibes" and am so glad I purchased my Subaru here! They also have some great discounted maintenance packages that have been very useful so far

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Chase is hands down the best salesperson at Lunghammer. He?s incredibly fast, tech-forward, and knows exactly how to work a great deal. I?ve been going to him for years and wouldn?t dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Marlette Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Overall experience EXCELLENT they even drove my car at to my house----from beginning to end Tom was GREAT--I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there--since I was not getting a loan for my car-we didnt have all that stuff--he even helped me get ahold of my insurance agent for my proof--it was only one day from start to finish--I was surprised when I found out they had 6 Malibu's---most dealerships don't have hardly any----LOVE my new (2021) car--last vehicle I purchased was 2010---I will recommend them to everyone--

Joe Lunghamer ChevroletReviews
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet review
I am very happy with my purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer from Lunghamer Chevrolet. Kyle was very helpful and informative. He answered all of my questions and helped get me everything that I needed to make an informed decision. He and Michelle were a pleasure to work with. At no time did I feel pressured into everything and they understood my position and worked with me. This was probably one of the smoothest and most pleasant car purchases that I've had in a long time. Thank you.
