I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
I brought in my 2010 Grand Caravan to have the lock actuator and window modulators replaced. I knew these repairs were complex and involved a lot of odd electronic bits. I'd looked into the pricing for the parts and was quoted a fair price for both parts and labor. The repair was properly done and was worth the money. I wish I'd bought my van here!
My 2002 Jeep Liberty was in need of long overdue service. My service advisor, Raidel, was exceptional. He had my Jeep inspected and listed everything needed in order of importance. He did all he could to keep my costs as low as he could. This was my initial time trying this facility for service and I will definitely be back.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
It's our 14th vehicle within our family over the years from Tuttle Click - our 4th within the past 12 month! We are definitely very satisfied and loyal return customers! It was a great pleasure all around from A-Z, to purchase another new vehicle.
The staff was amazing. Flavio was a wonderful salesman and Keith in finance was very helpful and warm. They treated me like family. It was refreshing to have employees who have all worked together for a long time and were very knowledgeable and worked like a team.
I have had 12 Chrysler products over the last 20 years and all have been serviced at Tuttle Click. The ease of taking my car and picking it up, the quality of work, and the personable Service Managers is the reason.
I bought a used car from Juan Guerrero . What a great experience there was no non-sense and everything went smoothly. i was in and out of there within a matter of 45 min. I knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle and they were willing to negotiate so it was smooth. Thanks again Juan For all of your help.

I bought a Jeep Compass in March and then I was rear-ended in an accident on July 3 and my new Jeep was totaled. I called my salesman Ali and asked him to get me the exact same Jeep Compass and one day later he sent me a picture of my new Compass with a sold sign on the showroom floor at Tuttle-Click. My first purchase experience was wonderful but this special attention at a very trying time was OUTSTANDING!!!
I have a great experience with everyone at this dealership. I would like to thank all of the mechanics for keeping my car in top condition and taking great care of my personal vehicle. The mechanics are one of the reasons I keep coming back and I consider them to be top notch.
