Don’t let the fact that this is a small independently owned dealership deter you. It was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The owner is kind, trustworthy, fair, and honest. After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. After returning a rental car (we have always had great experiences in this department working with Casey. She has always been great to work with and established our comfort level from the start with this dealer), we happen to stop and take a look at the Jeep Wranglers that Bolles had on the lot before we left. We were approached by a very pleasant and courteous salesperson who introduced himself as Sage and asked if we had any questions. We spoke only for a short time as we had to leave for another engagement but took Sage's card and went on our way. Over the next couple of days, we would call in to Sage with various questions regarding the Wrangler and always found him extremely helpful. Ultimately we returned to discuss a potential purchase. We were introduced to Scott, Sales Manager who turned out to be as helpful and low pressure as Sage. A few days later we were driving home in our new Wrangler having had one of the best and easiest car buying experiences we have had to date.
We would highly recommend this dealer. All employees that we have met so far are pleasant, helpful and very approachable. Car negotiations were very easy and LOW pressure. The facility is nice and presents a very comfortable atmosphere. Being longtime residents of Stafford, we had never considered buying a car here previously, but are glad we took the few minutes to speak with Sage that first day.

Scott, the sales manager, and Brian Kentfield, Manager, - both took the time to find me the perfect truck with all the options I wanted. Their effort is important to mention because the criteria of the search changed several times. Requiring them to start the search all over again. Leasing this truck was an investment and they went the extra mile to find the right one.
They had this beautiful truck delivered to Connecticut and took care of all the paperwork. I came back the next day and the truck was fully detailed and ready to go.
Scott took the time to go over everything inside the truck and made sure I understood how all the new technology worked without having to read the book.
I would like others to know that there was no pressure to push an immediate sale. The atmosphere was relaxed. I was able to look around and see what I was interested in and then when I was ready -- they came to answer questions and take one of the trucks out for a test drive.
Also, I would like everyone to know, there was no battle to negotiate. The dealership was honest and upfront about everything they were able to do. We settled the numbers very easily and everything was up front and out in the open.
