Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.

I had nothing but excellent service in regards to Darcars of Fairfax facility. The experience from car buying “Eric” to management providing me with the certainty of any issues “IJ” to the service department showing pure professionalism. I really appreciate this experience.
I was appreciated Mr. Ben was mad cool and very patient with me and explained to me everything I needed to know.. I recommend anyone and everyone to come see him.. he will bless you and put you in the car you need

Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. I Completed finance application 9/26 on a 2017 renegade desert hawk . I haven’t received a response yet 9/30. I did receive a confirmation that the application was received. I’m surprised about huge delay
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
I am very happy with my experience at Ourismann. They were very professional and very fast with the amount of work that needed to be done. The sales team at Koons is very responsive and great to deal with. I do appreciate their follow up and professionalism. They not only had a great repour with me but I do think they valued me as a customer.
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
