I drove 2 hours to go take a look at what I felt like was my dream mommy mobile. Turns out, in fact the vehicle I looked at was. Shelby Sides was my sales representative and she was amazing to work with. She impressed me right from the start by having the vehicle parked under the shelter waiting for me to arrive because it was forecasted to rain most of the day. That was a personable touch I felt really hit the mark in terms of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle; if I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to with confidence, she went and got the answer for me. She gave my mom and I free reign over test driving and looking the car over without any pressure, and the few minor things we did find she put her nose to the grindstone and addressed all of our concerns. Every single person we interacted with from Shelby on the sales floor to Nathan the sales manager, and yes even to Ashley the finance manager were all top notch, professional, and friendly. They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. I felt respected the entire time I was there and walked away as a very satisfied customer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new or new-to-them car. They were the only dealer in NC who had the exact make, model, trim level, color scheme, and satisfactory mileage I was looking for. It ended up being a truly perfect buying experience! Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

I had a check engine light come on when I started engine on my 2022 GMC Sierra 150 Limited after stopping for a break on a 2hr trip. I drove on home with no further issue. When I got home I started researching, found that ORiely?s would check the codes and tell you what was causing the check engine light. The code indicated the Fuel pump control module had an issue. Internet said this problem was not uncommon on this GM model. then called Group 1 GMC in Robstown, Tx. for my service advisor only to find he had retired and I was talking to Rachael Villareal. Rachael picked up the ball, advised me on the issue and implications. She scheduled me in first thing the next morning. Expecting a multi day experience, I had my wife follow me in her GMC Acadia 30 miles away to the dealership. I have another GM dealer nearby but I have not had good experiance with them. Rachael had ,everything ready and was on my way back in a couple of minutes. Within a couple of hours she informed me of the tech had confirmed the issue with the fuel pump controller, which warranty covered it and estimated they would get repair done by end of day the same day. Around mid afternoon my truck was ready including the oil change and tire rotation I had asked for. My only out of pocket was for the engine air filter the inspection suggested. Great experience, exceptional service and couldn?t be more pleased. Thanks again the Rachael and the folks at Group 1 GMC Robstown.
