My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.
2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is third Jeep I have leased and best yet. Summit Reserve Trim is amazing. Great performance and many comfort features. Performance from the v8 Hemi is amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 16 years of driving Toyota vehicles, I recently decided to explore other options when it was time for a new lease. The experience left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. Then I contacted Dutchess Kia, and everything changed. From my very first interaction, Mitchell Nelson, Sales Manager, and Kyle Bonser, Dealer Representative, were responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I wanted. They listened carefully to my preferences and, incredibly, located the perfect Kia Sorento X-Line for me in less than a day. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone down for updates. I also want to recognize Franc Lombardo, Finance Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I received a great deal.
