Everything was good from the sales to environment, only thing is I’m missing a floor mat and when I asked to get one sent to me I never got one or got any word that I will be getting one back. Seems after the sale they are not as responsive to the issues, overall still a solid place to get a vehicle.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Jim Norton Toyota review
Purchased a Tundra from the used store. Contacted Wyatt and made an agreement over the phone. When I arrived in person everything was already prepared and the truck was exactly as described. Was back on the road to Dallas in 30 minutes or so and couldn’t be more pleased.
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

Jimmy Britt ChevroletReviews
Jimmy Britt Chevrolet review
Purchasing my 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchases I?ve ever experienced. Buying a vehicle from five hours away can seem intimidating, but Dalton and Sales Manager Fabian made the entire process incredibly simple. The negotiations were respectful, straightforward, and fair from start to finish. They were always easy to reach, responded quickly to every question, and worked efficiently to put together a deal that met exactly what I was looking for. Nathan in Finance also deserves special recognition. He wrapped up the entire transaction professionally, efficiently, and without any unnecessary pressure or coercion. It was refreshing to work with someone who respected the customer?s decisions while making the financing process seamless. The entire purchasing process was smooth, organized, and completely hassle-free. One of the biggest highlights was their outstanding vehicle delivery service, which eliminated the stress and inconvenience of making a long drive just to complete the transaction. A special thank you to Frank, the delivery driver, who was absolutely exceptional. His attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the final step of the purchase even better. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure the delivery was perfect. If you?re looking for an honest dealership with fair pricing, excellent communication, and a truly hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. Even if you?re purchasing from out of town, they make the process incredibly easy. I wouldn?t hesitate to buy from them again!
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Joseph Taft was patient, informative and hilarious. He made me laugh in each interaction! Willie Higgins gave me a great quote the first time with no haggling. Andrew Fox was transparent about benefits of each service and helped me select relevant, useful products. Sven Wood chatted with me about classic cars and showed me he really appreciated my business. I had a great experience overall and I am glad I went there.

Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Adams Auto Group of Little FerryReviews
Adams Auto Group of Little Ferry review
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Adam’s Auto Group in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I especially want to recognize my salesperson, Cheyenne. He stayed in contact with me during the process and facilitated the transfer of necessary paper work. Although the car I originally wanted was sold (a misunderstanding of certain terminology – “Deposit” vs. “Down Payment”), Cheyenne worked (even on his day off) to make sure that my second choice proceeded without a hitch. The staff at Adam’s is helpful and knowledgeable, and their vehicles are top-notch. I would, however, suggest that better communication between the two locations (they also have a store in Paterson N.J.) would make the buying experience less fragmented and feel more “of-a-piece”.

I noticed the vehicle I purchased is still advertised on the website. Also, Capital One Auto is not aware that I traded my car and there is a payment due the end of this month. Otherwise, I had a great experience with Quality Value and Zach.

We had a great experience at Subaru of Missoula and easily connected with the car we were looking for. Our salesman, Tom, had tons of knowledge on the product, was easy going and full of character. If you're looking for a unique car-buying experience, we recommend TommyB at Subaru of Missoula!

having no issues with them at all they seem to be very busy all the time so it may take longer for them to respond but they do respond.
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

The dealership was easy to access with the directions I received from my Dante. I was able to see the car that was online and test drive it. Dante was very professional working with me. My intention was to look at the 2019, White manual GLI. I love the car. I plan on returning after I take care of my personal health situations. Gloria Hudson
