We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
My request-need was a little bit unusual and everyone handled it seamlessly. The technician was very good and handled my car with a high level of care. I didn't catch his name. The technician and service advisor deserve a raise or bonus!

I got my truck back Quick. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to help. But, the repair wasn’t fixed properly and I had to bring it back the next week where they discovered several things wrong. Why not the first time?
Most honest car dealer we ever worked with, great folks, both dan s and skip. Provided a fair trade value, unlike so many others. When it time for my next vette, will buy from them. Car had a problem and they took care of it.
very good. we told tj what we were looking for and he kept me in touch with what he had. he did not pressure me at all and was very understanding. we did not buy a car from them due to the mileage difference between us. about 80 miles. yes, i would recommend there dealership. i have a friend who bought from them a year or so ago, and he has gone back twice and is very happy with them. thank you!
Knew what I wanted when I went in. Bought the car. The price was listed online, they asked me what it was (which was strange to me). I on error gave them the final price my car buying service gave me, which was after fees. I am fairly certain they knew, due to me showing them their online listed price, however I was charged the fees on top of the final price I gave them. I just wanted to get out with my car so I sat down and said nothing more. Just putting this out there for others to know that with all there good customer service, it is still a used car dealership. Other than that, I was happy with them, they even provided me with a driver to get my old car home same day I bought the car. And after about a month the car is still running great.
Looked at BMW 7 Series, Tesla day before...and left with a new Tahoe thanks to Finian Mayotte and everyone there. Larry, John and Adam all played a role in flipping a 35 year BMW driver (4 of them)...to a Chevy Man...Cox Chevrolet is the reason from the minute we walked in the front door. Not my last Chevy...guarantee that!
