Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
I think the Wagoneer is a beautiful car. I think of the various colors, the Wagoneer looks better in white. The ride is smooth and comfortable. It has so many practical features such as the GPS system. After travelling routinely to the same place, it remembers. I love that the side mirrors turn downward when in reverse to ensure that the area is clear. Having 3 rows of seating is very helpful and passengers riding in the 3rd row have raved about the leg room. When in reverse, you are alerted that a vehicle is approaching way before the vehicle reaches you. I also liked that I could program my garage so that I don't have to get out of the vehicle. I just press the button and the garage automatically opens/closes. It has a great sound system and I just love the exterior paint. Whenever I give it a wash, it looks like showroom elegance. It also has a screen on the passenger side that you can plug your HDMi cable to watch different things. Sooooooo many features that I love on this beautiful car. Performance has been great. I have a 2022 Wagoneer so I'm not sure if the newer Wagoneer gives you more gas mileage. The amount of gas it uses would be my only set back to this vehicle but I still love my Wagoneer!

I have been searching for a AMG since June, 2022. I have been dealing with the mark up of these cars that go against what banks value them. One after another I end up passing a deal on one due to the owner not having the title in hand, price and delayed responses from sellers. Frustrated, I decided to do my daily web search for a AMG and calm the nerves. Little do I find, a car I once owned. Back in 2020 I ended up having to sell a few of my cars due to medical reasons and expenses. One of them was a 2005 SLK55 AMG, which I had worked on personally rebuilding/improving the Roadster. I never thought I would see this car again until I found it on John Heister's website, which this Dealership was located in North Carolina nearly 1825 miles away. I contacted the dealership quickly hoping it wasn't pending sale. John(Sales) who I had first contact with, listened to my story about the vehicle including my past ownership. I went over the details of the worked performed and the modifications I have done to the SLK. He was intrigued with my story and was interested in helping me buy this car back. Now in most cases dealing with price is always the harder end when buying a vehicle but John made it easy, working with his Sales Manager they both gave me the green light on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was so happy and with John's constant communication throughout the buying process and getting the car ready for transport I was beyond exhilarated. This was a effortless experience compared to other Dealers who have only seen customer's as a Dollar sign walking through the door or in this case thru a website haha. I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

Frank with Huffines Jeep of Plano, a 5 Star experienced sales "consultant", is not your stereotype car salesman! When I called in for an appointment (for my wife) and requested to meet with the most experienced, the nicest receptionist that answered my call said, "well that will be Frank". lol! Nice! She read my mind! This purchase was for my wife who fears buying cars! So, taking her to make this happen was quite challenging. She fears new car purchases and pushy car salesman. We have a history purchasing pre owned cars. I had to sell her on we are at a point in our life we can get a new car and not have to settle on pre owned. So, having the right car consultant was going to be critical to make this work for her! Frank fit the part perfectly! He was very patient with both of us, and frankly, no pun intended, we didn't feel like we had to "haggle" about price! He figured out naturally what we wanted and just made it work! He made sure we were comfortable with the numbers and measuring up with what we wanted! The entire process starting with the phone call to Huffines, receptionists, Frank, and finance close out was simply easy and straightforward. Absolutely no buyer's remorse with our experience with Frank and Huffines Jeep Plano!!
