Jim Burke Ford Downtown review
I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with my recent experience at your dealership. I started with Nicole Martinez, and she understood my situation and worked with me online through email. She started this pleasant process and made this deal possible. Both my salesman, Carlos Mendoza, and the finance representative, Jose Martinez, were exceptional to work with! They were friendly, professional, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions without any pressure, explained everything clearly, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. The entire purchase process was efficient from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how transparent and respectful everyone was. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Because of this outstanding experience, I would absolutely return to your dealership if I were in the market for another vehicle, and I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thank you for making my car-buying experience such a positive one. Please pass along my appreciation to everyone involved.

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

Golf Mill FordReviews
Golf Mill Ford review
Some people buy cars. Some people buy SUVs. I went to Golf Mill Ford and came home with a 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks with the Sasquatch Package! Because apparently, regular transportation just wasn't going to cut it anymore. Let me tell you something: this wasn't just a car-buying experience. This was an EVENT. Somewhere between walking into the dealership and driving off in my new Bronco, I went from being a lady shopping for a vehicle to the proud owner of a four-wheeled wild horse with an attitude problem. First and foremost, Victor Barajas and Nick Sfikas are phenomenal! These guys deserve their own parking spots, and possibly a statue in front of the dealership. They made the entire experience enjoyable and left a fantastic impression. No sales pitch worthy of an Academy Award...no need to feel like I had to escape through a fire exit. Just a phenomenal salesman and general manager who made a great impression and helped make this purchase memorable. Now, lets chat about the main attraction: the 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks with the Sasquatch package. This thing looks like it drinks protein shakes for breakfast and considers potholes a personal challenge. The Sasquatch package? That's not a package...that's a warning label! I'm quite certain my Bronco looks at paved roads and thinks, "That's cute...but what else you got?" I'm enamored with my new Bronco and had a fantastic experience with Golf Mill Ford. These guys are the best in the biz. Life is too short to drive boring cars. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see the guys...buy a new ride and leave as a Legend. If you'll excuse me, I have a Bronco to drive and adventures to plan and absolutely no intention of ever taking the boring route home. Thank you Golf Mill Ford!

I have been getting our Armada serviced at Glendale for about a year and it’s always a great experience dealing with Emmanuel in the service department. Whenever I need a shuttle for a ride home it’s been available, and usually the maintenance services are quick whenever I don’t need one.

CHARLES WAS FANTASTIC. Easy to talk to, humorous, professional, and well informed. One of the best salespersons, but not pushy, arrogant, or controlling.
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
This is the third Jeep Wrangler I've owned. The first was a 2012 and the second a 2021. Jeep has stayed true to the formula but the additional refinement in the 2024 Rubicon X is welcomed since we use it as a commuter vehicle. Looks are total bad-xxx but it's much more refined than previous years. The leather interior is beautiful, it's a little quieter, and the creature comforts like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and heated seats/steering wheel are great to have. I'd recommend the V6 engine. The 2.0L 4 cylinder is underpowered and noisy. I can't speak for the 4xe version. Unfortunately, the price of these Jeeps has skyrocketed in recent years. I'm guessing it's due to the demand. Bottom line: there's nothing not to like about this Jeep. Simple to operate (you don't need a training class for the infotainment system) and so many options to personalize it to make it your own.

Trinity Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Reached out to the dealer to discuss our interest in a new jeep. Having never owned a Jeep previously, I discussed how our vehicle would be used and was guided towards the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Sport S. After further researching this vehicle, comparing pricing and options with other dealers, we decided to go with Trinity. They gave us a great price, no gimmicks, and took the time to go over the features that a new Jeep owner would want to know about. Thank you to Todd, Lucas, and Joee; it was such a smooth and low-stress process! We love our new Jeep and could not be happier!

McDonald Ford review
our salesman, Steve T. treated us great. We stopped to look at a vehicle that was online. We briefly looked at that vehicle and didn't want it. After telling Steve exactly what we wanted, he searched the entire inventory and found a truck that had just come in in trade. We also talked to Joe and Dave during our purchase process. All 3 of these gentlemen were extremely helpful and great to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

Salesman Dan Austin was a great guy. We explained we were interested in a Ford Mustang Gt but lived 2 hours away and couldn’t come until the next morning. He set the car aside. We came next morning drove the car and purchased it. Beautiful 1 owner car we’d been searching for. Thanks again Dan!

Can’t say enough about the service I received on our vehicle. Tim went way out of his way to get our vehicle fixed. Parts were on back order, but he was able to find the parts, and repaired it. We were leaving to go on vacation. Thanks Tim, and your service department.

8-11 Motor GroupReviews
8-11 Motor Group review
They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!
