Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Ricky gave us quality assistance to find our next car...AN SUV !!!!We are ready for our move to Montana, all seasons to go...especially the SNOW!!!!

We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. I went here in November 2017 shopping for a new v8 challenger and came from vallejo. I went in telling them I only want v8 and I got these prices already so I wont go higher and came farther for same thing. So I told them I can get a 2018 v8 33k and a 2018 v6 24k or 27k. I ended up leasing the car 3yrs a 2017 v6 nothing in it I had to fix it up with tints pipes music . i mean not even updated navi but they still trying to charge me 37k . even if i keep it im not paying that when I clearly said up front what was what and still have the proof. So I will be talking with someone to show how they try to get over on people or how they get over. I mean this car is bunk except the color that is the only attraction..
No pressure sales team who were very helpful with all the questions that go along with buying a pre-owned vehicle. The sales manager Mike gave us a great deal and took care of any issues we found with the vehicle.
