I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. When we have guests, we can all ride together and when there is light hauling to be done, it can all fit in the truck.

George was of great help in assisting me with buying a new Wrangler. I was pleased with the selection I was given. I’ll recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

My lease was almost up on my 2019 Grand Cherokee LTD. I didn't like the new look of the 2022 so I was planning on leasing a different brand altogether. So happy they came out with the WK model. It's exactly like the original Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD. Why mess with perfection?

There are 4 jeep drivers in my house. We were lucky they brought back the body style of the grand cherokee wk. 2 of us drive overland model. The gc limited wk is just as nice, the 2022 has some really nice features, like when you leave truck with the key it's starts a pattern beep to let you know the keys are with you. The comfort &tight suspension is there. The grand cherokee wk is great truck. The island dealership is fabulous in staten Island. My family has bought numerous trucks there. The service department is great also. All the staff are very attentive. Great jeep & great dealership

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Appreciate the staffs assistance getting us through the buying process with minimum stress or pressure. Everyone was helpful walking us through multiple options and giving straight answers.

This is the third Grand Cherokee I have owned. The other 2 were 1996 and 2000. The only reason I got away from them is the gas mileage. My new 2022 is averaging around 21 mpg right now but only has 500 miles. In time it might get even better. It is getting better then my 2015 Enclave so I am pleased. I am VEARY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THING about my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

I Was not eligible for Veterans discount of 500.00 you have to be active or retired veteran I was drafted in 1968 and spent 13 months overseas I not eligible for Chrysler veterans discount I think all Veterans should get it

I have not purchased a car for 15 years and Hugh helped me by finding cars in my price range (difficult) that I can have my family judge and I can see out of the car and drive the car. Have not yet purchase but will be using this dealership when I do

We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

I came to get service for my Optima because my passenger air light was on. Luckily Prem said it was still under warranty. So I took it in it took them a while for them to find what’s wrong. I really appreciated that. But I did bring my car back a different date, due to then needing to order the part. I had to reschedule for later in the day and they were really nice about letting me do that. Overall great experience with Service department.

Absolutely love this truck, it’s quiet, under stated luxury that has amazing tech. Software has pretty regular updates. Total head turner and only a few on the road. I like the uniqueness.

Arizona Best Cars, lives up to their name. Good quality used cars sold by a family owned dealership. They operate with integrity, and are very pleasant to deal with. We looked at our Ford Escape in the morning and they delivered it to our home that evening. The car needed a new windshield and was replaced as promised. Only drawback I am seeing is very slow diagnosis time limit. Took 4 business days just to diagnose and took only few hours to fix. I suggest to improve diagnosis service. Facility is quiet dull, no coffee and nothing in early morning beverages (not happy) to wait without these amenities. Service representatives are very helpful.

I'm a low mileage driver. This is the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. More features than I need but love the comfort. The air cooled and heated seats are amazing. The seat massage is great. Sound system is amazing. Everything about this vehicle is amazing. Had it nearly a year and only put gas in it four times. Most of my driving is local so I use the electric mode a lot.

My husband and I had been looking online for a good used car for several weeks. All the places we went tried to push us into buying a more expensive car than we were in the market for, because of how much we "qualified" for. Until we visited Ricky and Dave at the Hertz Scottsdale location. We arrived at around 3:00 pm, the car we saw online was the car I test drove, and it was the price I was looking to pay. No hidden gimmicks or fast talking. We were driving our 2016 Hyundai Elantra home by 6:15 pm! Very happy with this place and will be back again.

Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.
