Donna was extremely helpful. She reminded me that my NY state inspection is due this month and offered to do it at the same time as the service to my Honda. Originally I leased my Honda from salesman Tom Freyer. What a great experience!!! No pushing and other "famous" car dealer sales tactics.
These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
We truly appreciate Dominick understanding our situation and making himself available to us to pick up our car on Thanksgiving Eve. Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. We are happy with our purchased and my daughter is happy with all of the safety features of her new car. We would like to thank the manager Fernando for helping to make this deal happen.
I really can???t say enough how much I appreciated Mike???s friendly demeanor, the leg work he had done up front, his knowledge of Jeeps, and his general transparency. Excellent service! I heard excellent things about this dealership so I looked online through truecar.com and saw a few cars that sparked my interest. I submitted a request for availability and very quickly got a response from Rachel. I decided to go look at their inventory. I went into the dealership looking for a very specific vehicle with a very tight budget looking to have very specific payments. I found a car that I liked (it was one that I saw on the website), a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which is exactly what I was looking for. My salesmen were Neil and Stan. I did deal with both gentlemen because I was there a few different days in a row and they were both very professional very nice and very helpful. Neil first showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions. When I went back the next day Neil was not there so I began talking to Stan. At first the numbers didnt make much sense to me and I had a few more questions so I called and spoke to the manager Emil and we were able to work out a deal that worked for me. When I finally decided to purchase the car I went back to see Stan and was in and out the same day. There were some pretty bad scratches on the glove box door that bothered me so I asked if that could be fixed and they were kind enough to replace the door. Once all was said and done, Stan showed me how to work all the gadgets in the car and sent me on my merry way. I was very pleased with my experience. Highly reccomend this dealership.
Stan Ewing goes above and beyond for all his clients. I was very hesitant opting to go with a leasing option and he walked me through why it was the best option for me and any time I call he is beyond helpful. He didn???t just sell me my truck he also made me a forever Jeep customer. Thank you Stan your service was appreciated more than you know.
