I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!
Spent a Sunday getting my new truck. Very happy with the truck. Everyone was very helpful and it was very low pressure. as it was a sunday it was busy and some of the financial providers were not available, but we made it work

We traveled an hour away from our home to purchase a Jeep from this dealership because the service was on point without being too pushy, Prior to our visit to First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we had a poor experience at another dealership. Everyone @ First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was Wonderfu! All but one: Hannah... this young lady was rude right from the beginning. I truly dont understand how she is in customer service. I'm in customer service & would ever treat the customer how I was treated.. I sat & listened to the staff speak with customers: with respect! Not Hannah. I'm sorry to be harsh but her behavior was unacceptable!
Took my 2018 Ford Explorer in for its first service which included tire inflation and rotation, oil change and they topped off all fluids. Katie took care of me.. she was courteous, friendly and thorough in her explanation of the service that was done on my truck. You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.

Driving my new jeep is so much fun. It runs and drives well and I'm really excited about it. I bought it from Dave at colonial. He was really helpful and informed me about everything I wondered and had questions about. I will go back later when I needed another car.
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens

Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The place is clean, clean, clean! TV, magazines, coffee, snacks. If you have to wait at all, it's of a very short duration. They know their stuff and treat you well.
