I got into a car accident and I needed a new car fast. Ron Stephan was excellent, he was kind and he explained everything really well. It was my first car buying experience ever so I needed more explaining in the process. Very kind person, if you ask for Ron you will see a smiling face! Great experience even though I was there because I was in an accident. I would go to him again in the future.

O'Brien Kia of Bloomington review
I recently leased a 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid through O’Brien Kia. This was the sixth vehicle our household has leased through O’Brien since 2018 (Forte GT, two Sportage’s, a Sorento and two Telluride’s). Jason Williams has helped with all of them. Absolutely exceptional experience with Jason, Jon Detrick and TJ Gallagher, and the dealership overall. I trust them, and feel great giving them my business, as well referring friends and family their way.

I leased a new Kia Seltos from Adam Wunderlich recently. I had a great experience with him. Adam was easy to work with and the dealership was fantastic. He gave me a tour when we picked up the car. He made us feel very comfortable with our choice in vehicle and dealerships. I strongly recommend working with Adam W.

Dorsch KiaReviews
Dorsch Kia review
Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. Great dealer to deal with; 1 would recommend them to anyone.

Shawnee Mission Kia review
Customer service rep was outstanding. Polite, genuine, caught an error before it occurred. My complaint about the facility is the same as always. It?s too loud! Both TV and radio playing at the same time and people talking over those sounds. Certain employees bang doors when they come and go rather than shut gently. I always get a migraine sitting in waiting room. Otherwise, it?s clean and nice bathrooms are nearby. There are snacks but I always bring my own. They are very popular though!

Oakes KiaReviews
Oakes Kia review
I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. And did I mention she's entertaining?!!
