My experience with purchasing my BRAND new Honda Accord Sport at TEAM Honda the smoothest and easiest purchase. I so appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Kevin S. and the overall atmosphere of the dealership. I only encountered positive and helpful employees here with no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a positive shopping or buying experience. I drove all the way from Slidell to Baton Rouge to purchase my new car.
I found my whole experience with a new car purchase to be the best I've ever had. My sales person was a total pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted rather than trying to "sell"me on something.
I had not been feeling well, but wanted to get a new sorento. Kayla met met at the door and was such a friendly face, i just started.talking about what i wanted.......and that i had only 2 bours in which to complete the process!! She and jeff worked their magic and i was able to leave there with my new car in exactly 2 hours. Both were very helpful, friendly and efficient!!!!!!!!
Very nice people and dealership that works very quickly on the work to be done. The mechanics are very fast and knowledgeable. I was disappointed to hear that the lifetime warranty I was given when I bought my truck from this dealer just 6 months ago (was Matt Bowers 6 months earlier) would be honored there but NOT my zero deductible since different owner of dealership now. I understand its a different owner but it seems to me that if they want to keep customers coming back for future purchases, it would be wise to cover zero deductible as promised just 6 months earlier from this location as opposed to me driving 3 hours to go to Matt Bowers location in Slidell (I live in Marksville and drive 1 hour 15 mins because of lifetime warranty). Especially since the change of owners is not the fault of the buyer.
Mrs. Loretta toussant was so sweet and helpful from the moment we stepped foot on the lot. She was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features. Made me feel confident about my decision to buy without making me feel pressured into it. I am so pleased with my 2017 Camry and would definitely recommend Team Toyota to all my friends. Thank you!!
I found out they do not do a complete (5 tire) rotation unless it is specified. So I have one tire with 15000 less miles than the rest. The service writer should tell the owner about this. That will cut the tire wear on all tires by a considerable percentage. I did tell the service writer about this by the way thanks
