Albert was the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with and I sincerely mean that. I had my 8 year old son with me and he was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I’m very used to feeling pushed and pressured when car shopping but I did not feel that way at all. Jamall the finance manager was very understanding that my son was with me so he helped to expedite the process and get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.
I first met Albert in the beginning of September when he showed me the KIA NIRO. I loved it and was impressed but not ready to buy. Albert kept communication open just enough- not pushy. I let him know I was interested, but not at that time. When it was time, Albert and the staff made it smooth and easy. I just went in and bought it. But Albert in particular was very good in just giving the information, backing off and not being aggressive at all. The service department and amenities in the building are very nice as well.
Albert Salib, Was my dealer, he approached me and my wife in a timely fashion, Albert answered all of our questions. What I liked the most is he was not pushy. We felt very comfortable with his manors and his pleasant way he went out of his way to help. We really were just looking. Kia was our first stop but because of Albert we never went any place. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I've had new cars since every couple of years and this was the best experience we had. I got what I wanted no haggling. We were in and out when signing the papers. I highly recommend going to Smithtown Kia.
I dealt with Mike Halliday as my salesman. He made us a great deal. He is a great guy and very knowledgable too. Makes you feel very comfortable, and before we leased this car we had many questions and he always responded quickly by phone or e mail to help us in the process. Dealership is A+. The whole team Sal,Dan & Nick were a pleasure to work. The finance process was quick and easy .Dan explained everything to me. Nick said he would take care of two minor things and when I came to pick up truck it was done . This dealership is awesome. The best thing about it is family run
The dealer was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to test drive the car and I was very impressed. I didn’t purchase the vehicle because I received a better offer. It was definitely my second choice. :)
The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!

Came in two and a half years ago with my eye on a silver, 2015 Mazda3 sedan shown on their website, took a test drive, made a quick and comfortable deal with Ben and really fell in love with the car. Back again last week for scheduled service when I mentioned I wanted to try the 2018 hatchback version when my lease was up in July. Amanda and Ben said they could make one available to me within days, with same features and more, at same monthly fee, and with a check from Eagle to cover final payments on original lease. Great deal. Great car.
The service department personnel was extremley courteous and eager to assist and address my concerns. Jay, my assigned service advisor, provided good customer service.
