The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

Rich is the BEST! He is professional and went above and beyond to help me. I really don't like the whole car buying process but Rich made it a breeze in minimal time. They worked seamlessly with our credit union, and loaded us up with caffeine before we left. I came in thinking I knew what I wanted... I didn't. That's okay though because Cody Taylor was a delight & HE knew! After expressing what I wanted in a car, he pulled up a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations, made it work for me, and I drove away in it later that day. Buying a car from here was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have been taken advantage of in the past, but from the moment I spoke to my salesman Kelvin it was different. This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
So I had to haggle to no end to get the trade in value was worth what my trade in WAS worth. The sales man didn't know how to work nearly anything in the car. I also think I forgot my garage door opener in my trade in when I asked they said they would have to look but it probably wasn't...which I'm sure they noticed at some point and couldn't even give me a courtesy call?
KIA of Renton has it going on. Their staff were very attentive and helpful making sure we were well informed, satisfied and happy with the 2017 KIA Candenza we purchased. Certainly affordability and value come to mind when most think of KIA. However we were pleasantly surprised with respect to the quality of their offerings as well. They've made some nice strides forward in this regard. We're very happy with our decision and the service we received at KIA Renton.

I am very pleased with my new purchase. Michelle gave me a good bit of information on the two car I was most interested in test driving. My first choice was a KIA Forte due to it sporty body style and get up and go combustion. Thanks MIchelle for teaching me about KIA's new engine performance combustion theory. I felt that I had to test drive at least one other vehicle so my second favorite was the KIA Soul. I had driven a Soul in the past and although it was not my first pick I felt inclined to give the new model a fair chance. It was no comparison to the smooth handling of the Forte which led me to start the purchase process of my new Black on black 2017 Forte. I appreciated the overview that Michelle gave me. She explained the navigation, radio, and even how to send a request through the car to request service. I am fortunate to have had the pleasure in working with Michelle. I can honestly say I was a bit nervous walking into a dealership alone. When I was approach by another woman it made me feel at ease. Michelle even took the time to drive me home herself to keep my comfort level at ease.
