Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I called the service department on October 15, 2025. Because I thought that the front collision avoidance system on my new 2025 Telluride was not operating. I Spoke with Giana. And asked if I stopped by could one of the techs look at it and ascertain if it was just shut off, or if it was something else, and I would have to make an appointment for service. She was very accommodating and advised me to stop down. When I arrived I spoke with Erin. Who came out to see if there was a reason for the system to be off. But it looked fine. Then Rubio. One of the service technicians came over to look at it. And he took it for a test drive. When he came back he advised me that all of the systems were working as they should be. He also explained to me how and under what conditions the front collision avoidance system works. I want to thank Giana and Erin for helping me and especially Rubio for taking the time to test drive the car and for explaining the system to me. I don’t know if this is a technical issue on their side but I used to be able to get a call back no later than 24 hours after scheduling an appointment but lately it’s been taking me three or more days to hear back from them. Miguel Duque was very transparent and did not pressure me to get any services done unless requested.

Thank you to the Kia of Riverdale salesmen Jaden and Dylan, and the Sales Manager Ray, and Christine in Finance. Thank you all so much. I’m really happy with my experience with you today buying a pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek. I have been shopping around for a couple weeks, had some numbers in mind, and came to you hoping to work out a good deal. I talked with both Jaden and Dylan about the car I wanted and I took it for a test a drive and they explained a a few things I didn’t know beforehand too. They walked me through the service history and inspection too and answered all of the questions I had. I already had some numbers in mind and these guys didn’t try and xx me or work me over. We came to an agreement pretty quickly. Ray the sales manager was great, he gets right to the point which I like. I hate dealing with the car buying experience but today was honestly pretty good! Christine in finance was great. If you know the dealership experience, the finance room is where some extra add-ons are always pitched. I already had some expectations of what would be pitched here from my research. Some of it is worth it, some isn’t for me personally. She wasn’t pushy, just informative and helped me understand what they had to offer and I said no to a few things that I wasn’t concerned with and received no pushback. The last time I dealt with a dealership was 11 years ago and I didn’t return to that one for a reason. But I’ve had a good experience here and will come back the next time I need a car and will be recommending it to friends too.
